Hi Lawrence, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
For more than 20 years, I worked in corporate America. I desired more than the weekly pressure surrounding the routines of answering questions about who I contacted, constant questioning about how high my sales intake would be, and what I was I doing to ensure future business with clients, etc. I wanted to work for myself. I wanted to pursue self-created goals and a higher level of personal service. I no longer wanted to operate on the sales-driven expectations set forth by a group of other people.
Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I believe working with a real estate agent should be a positive experience, and I am committed to personal customer care. For sellers, that means I take every step necessary to help you strategically prepare for your sale. My goal is to ensure that your home shows its best in a competitive market and draws qualified buyers so that you realize the best possible value. For buyers, I strive to help you find the neighborhood that is as comfortable as your new home. Then, I’ll walk you through every step of the purchasing process to ensure you understand the transaction and are satisfied with your decision well after move in.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Dallas Arboretum, Texas Rangers Game, Dallas Cowboys Game, Bike Riding on the Dallas Trail System and numerous restaurants
