We had the good fortune of connecting with Latoya Foster and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Latoya, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
At blessed Hands Healthcare we are wanting to provide total healthcare. We are a mobile service provider. We come to you in the comfort of your home or office to assist you with your Laboratory needs. We have a patient service center where patients can come into our office for Laboratory needs. We offer CPR and first aid training in our facility or Mobile services. We offer on site drug Testing or in office drug Testing with our CLIA WAIVED LABORATORY. We are a Texas Workforce Accredited Trade School and College offering medical trade. Patient Care Technician, certified medical assistant, certified EKG Technician, Certified Phlebotomy Technician, and Certified IV Technician workshops.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
In 2019 blessed Hands Mobile Healthcare and CPR Training was started. People love the idea that we come to them in the comfort of their home or office to assist them with their healthcare needs. We are a CMS and Medicaid CLIA WAIVED LABORATORY making it possible for our office to offer same say testing results for our patients. 2020 I started blessed Hands Phlebotomy recognizing there’s a huge need for Trade Schools. Some people can’t afford college, or doesn’t want to attend a four year program. Through trades we make it possible for our students to have a great career within a shorter amount of time.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Depending on the sports season we would go to a game. We’re a sports family. We love to cook so we would have home cooked meals. Love to laugh so we would go to the Arlington improve. Top golf, bowling and Walk downtown fort Worth. My apologies I don’t HV many friends..

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
God for being the head of my life. My mom Helen collie, my brother Roderick Reed. My daughter Destiny Price and son Ayden Wagner Connie Cornish, Dr Dennis Birenbaum and the entire staff at Texas Hematology and oncology centers. And Daryl Brewer for seeing my vision and believing in me
