Hi LaPrincia, how does your business help the community?
LAPRINCIA’S Cosmetics is a phenomenal brand. I feel that my brand can help the community and the world in so many ways.

Being bold magnificent and beautiful is a must living in a world full of creativity. Liquid matte lipsticks and lipglosses is so huge especially when there is so many shades to choose from.

Having different colors of lipglosses and lipsticks helps suite your needs and wants as a individual. Having options is the key and it opens doors to the community to get outside of there comfort zone and choose either a bold or bright color or even a color that matches their skin tone.

I love that I created a brand for so many people with different skin tones and personalities. That way no one gets bored.

My line seeks happiness going toward beautiful men and women. I want everybody to be theirselves and always know LAPRINCIA’S Cosmetics is here to help you in many ways.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I can start by saying I’m a risk taker. I love taking risk at any time for my business or my professional career.

The thought of my cosmetic line was something I thought of for along time since I was little. I didn’t know where to start. It’s crazy how having my daughter pushed me to get my lipstick/lipgloss line started.

Mixing up products in my kitchen with my daughter Justice was fun. I also knew I had to put in work to do a little research to make sure I was fully ready to get out there in the world to sell.

The opening of my business happened through friends and family and also sharing on my Facebook and Instagram and Snapchat.

It started off really smooth and I was selling out of products so fast. Then my business slowed down and I had to think of ways to regain my customers back. I remember traveling everywhere and sometimes just dropping my business cards in restrooms are on the sidewalk as I was walking down the streets. Also reaching out to Youtubers around the world and sending them a sample of my lipstick or lipgloss.

It really did help me out a lot I have friends in California Florida and even London and etc.

They always come back in order so much of my products and I am forever thankful for them.

I just want to say never give up on your hopes and dreams always chase your dreams and follow through with it.

As a entrepreneur some days are better than others but you must keep going and I promise you will see your business to succeed.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I love eating seafood because I’m a pescatarian and all my friends love seafood lol.

I would take them to a restaurant called Tasty Tails, Crazy Catfish or the Fish Shack. All of these places are located in the Dallas area.

We would also ride out to The Colony Texas. There’s this area called the GrandScape and it has the arcades movies and restaurants and more.

Literally a big fun adventure to walk a lot and have fun plus they have good margaritas there.

I would also take my friends to Denton TX to see where I graduated from which is Texas Woman’s University. My friends love seeing what I did to make it to my level.

I would take them for a ride through downtown Dallas to see the skyscraper buildings and also hit up a rooftop pool party.

I would end their stay with a spa day at the Spa Castle. This contributes to all their needs and wants for relaxation.

I want to send a huge shoutout to Tempest Brooks.

I went to school with her and she is nicest sweetest person ever.
