Hi Lacey, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
managing real estate can indeed be quite labor-intensive. From property maintenance and tenant management to handling legal and financial aspects, successful real estate ownership often demands significant time, effort, and ongoing commitment. Many people underestimate the level of involvement and dedication required to effectively manage real estate properties.

Creating a brand centered around genuine care for clients and ensuring a seamless, positive experience sets a great foundation for building trust and long-term relationships in the real estate industry. Being attentive to your clients’ needs and striving for their satisfaction can be a key differentiator in a competitive market.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
! Starting the day with a climb up Kennesaw Mountain offers beautiful views. Afterward, winding down with a refreshing margarita at a local spot nearby would be a perfect way to relax and enjoy the rest of the day.
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My husband really challenged me and got me started in real estate. Told me I had to find an amazing deal and we could get started so… I searched and found a deal he couldn’t pass up.
