Hi La Juana (LJ), can you tell us about a book that has had a meaningful impact on you?
I would say that “Earned Value Formula Pocket Book and Guide” has had a meaningful impact on me. Every time I pick it up, I am reminded of the power of being intentional and planning the work and working the plan. I am also reminded that success is more than just luck, it’s a formula of persistence, sacrifice, and tenacity. “Earned Value Formula Pocket Book and Guide” is now available for purchase on my website at growthistacit.com and on Amazon for people interested in picking up a reference guide to thinking strategically and growing your bottom line.

What should our readers know about your business?
Thank you for asking! I am with you today in my capacity as Owner and Principal Consultant of Tacit Growth Strategies, a project management firm situated here in San Antonio, Texas that leads government contracts in research and evaluation of problem-solving courts, workforce development training, and multivariate projects in construction, administration and executive management of nonprofit and for profit businesses, grant writing, and Information Technology (IT). What sets my firm apart from others is that it is organized to lead any project in any industry to and through success.
