We had the good fortune of connecting with Kyle Losoya and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Kyle, what do you attribute your success to?
The secret to our success is a unique blend of high-energy hospitality and professional discipline. Since my father and I founded Elite Fleet Party Buses in 2016, we’ve grown from a single vehicle to a premier six-bus fleet by sticking to one philosophy: no two celebrations are the same.

Outside of the business, I am a Physician Assistant, and I’ve intentionally brought that clinical ‘patient-first’ mindset into the transportation industry. In medicine, attention to detail and safety aren’t optional, they are everything. I apply that same rigor to our fleet, ensuring our safety standards are second to none and our reliability is absolute.

We don’t just provide a ride; we curate an environment where clients feel seen and valued. By treating every passenger as our most important guest and offering personal touches like custom TV greetings and onboard karaoke, we go far beyond the industry standard. This ‘white-glove’ approach, rooted in my professional background of service and care, creates a ripple effect. When guests experience that level of dedication, they don’t just come back; they become our biggest advocates across the DFW Metroplex. Safety is our foundation, but genuine, professional connection is what truly drives us forward.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
The road from 2016 to today hasn’t always been a straight line, but it has been incredibly rewarding. When my father and I founded Elite Fleet Party Buses with just a single vehicle, we chose our name as a declaration of intent: we didn’t want to just be a bus company; we wanted to build an elite standard of service across an entire fleet.

To say it was easy would be an understatement of the grit it takes to build a family business. Like any entrepreneur, we’ve faced our fair share of logistical hurdles and market shifts. However, my background as a Physician Assistant has given me a unique edge in overcoming these challenges. In medicine, you learn that there is no problem that cannot be solved with calm, creative thinking and a systematic approach. We applied that same diagnostic mindset to our business whenever we hit a roadblock, we didn’t just patch it; we innovated.

What I am most proud of is that ten years later, we have officially achieved the goal we set on day one. We have scaled to a fleet of six meticulously maintained buses, but we’ve done so without losing the ‘small business’ heart that started it all.

What sets us apart?
It’s the intersection of high end entertainment and professional accountability. While others might just offer a ride, we offer an experience tailored with karaoke, custom TV greetings, and a white-glove service that reflects my professional commitment to care and detail.

The biggest lesson I’ve learned is that reliability is the ultimate luxury. People trust us with their most precious milestones weddings, birthdays, and anniversaries. We want the world to know that Elite Fleet isn’t just a brand; it’s a family-run promise that your celebration is in the safest, most capable hands in Dallas-Fort Worth.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Because we often help out of town groups plan their celebrations, we have a bit of an unfair advantage when it comes to the local scene. I like to think of this itinerary as my professional prescription for the best possible DFW experience.

The Weekend: Deep Ellum & The Rustic
We’d start the trip in Deep Ellum. You can’t claim to have visited Dallas without eating at Terry Black’s BBQ the brisket is iconic, and the atmosphere perfectly captures that high energy Dallas grit. For the evening, we’d head to The Rustic. It’s one of my favorite intimate venues; there is nothing like catching live Texas music under the stars with a local craft beer in hand.

The Mid-Week “Secret” Spots
I love showing off Dallas’s sophisticated side, so we’d dive into the speakeasy scene. Places like Akai (hidden behind a sushi spot) or Bourbon & Banter (underneath the Statler) are perfect for a quiet, high-end cocktail. It’s that ‘white-glove’ level of detail I appreciate.

The Fort Worth Experience
You have to head west to see the other side of the Metroplex. We’d spend a full day at the Fort Worth Stockyards. We’d catch the daily cattle drive, grab a drink at a classic saloon, and head to the Rodeo at Cowtown Coliseum. It’s a piece of living history that always blows people away.

The Final Night: A Custom Celebration
To wrap it all up, we wouldn’t just take an Uber. I’d have one of our Elite Fleet buses pick us up. We’d use the custom TV greetings to play a highlight reel of photos from our week together, fire up the karaoke for some terrible (but fun) singing, and cruise through the Downtown Dallas skyline lights. To me, that’s the ultimate DFW experience great food, legendary history, and a safe, high-end way to get home.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
This journey truly began with my father. He was the visionary behind the inception of Elite Fleet Party Buses in 2016, and without his drive and foresight, this business simply wouldn’t exist. Starting with just one bus, his belief in what we could build together provided the foundation for everything we’ve achieved.

But the daily lifeblood of our company is, without a doubt, our team of drivers. In the transportation industry, a driver is more than just a person behind the wheel, they are the curators of the entire guest experience. Our drivers are exceptional. They balance the heavy responsibility of safety and logistics with the high energy required to ensure our guests have the time of their lives. They are the ones executing our white-glove standard on the road every night, and their dedication is why our reputation in the DFW metroplex remains so strong.
