Hi Klasshey, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
Starting my own business was driven by my passion for creating unforgettable travel experiences and empowering women to explore the world. I wanted to provide a platform where like-minded individuals could come together, connect, and embark on incredible adventures in beautiful destinations. Seeing the joy and transformation that travel brings to people’s lives, I knew I had to create a space where they could escape the everyday and embrace new cultures, make lifelong friendships, and create memories to last a lifetime. By starting my own business, I aimed to offer unique and curated group trips, foster a sense of community, and inspire others to step out of their comfort zones and embrace the magic of travel. It’s all about creating a positive impact, empowering women to chase their dreams, and facilitating extraordinary journeys filled with laughter, adventure, and growth.

One career milestone I’m incredibly proud of is launching Tide Vibes Travel, a company dedicated to curating unforgettable group trips to stunning Caribbean destinations. What sets us apart is our commitment to matching individuals with compatible roommates, allowing them to travel confidently without having to go alone.

Building this business has been an incredible journey, filled with exciting moments and meaningful connections. Through meticulous planning and attention to detail, I’ve had the privilege of helping countless individuals fulfill their travel dreams and create cherished memories.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Day 1:

Lunch at Terry’s Black Barbeque, known for their delicious smoked meats and flavorful sauces.
Explore the Dallas Arts District, visiting the Dallas Museum of Art and the Nasher Sculpture Center.
Dinner at a trendy local spot like The Rustic, where they can enjoy live music and a vibrant atmosphere.

Day 2:

Start the day with a visit to the Dallas Farmers Market, where we can indulge in fresh produce, local delicacies, and unique artisanal goods.
Head to Puttery mini golf for a fun and interactive mini-golf experience with a unique twist.
Enjoy dinner at a popular food truck park like Legacy Hall, offering a variety of culinary delights from different cuisines.

Day 3:

Embark on a morning hike at Cedar Ridge Preserve, exploring scenic trails and enjoying breathtaking views of the surrounding nature.
Afterward, we can have a picnic lunch at a nearby picturesque spot within the preserve.
In the evening, catch a Dallas Cowboys game at the AT&T Stadium, experiencing the excitement of live football and
cheering on our favorite team.

Day 4:

Take a day trip to the Fort Worth Stockyards, immersing ourselves in the city’s rich cowboy heritage.
Enjoy a mouthwatering steak at a renowned steakhouse like Bob’s Steak & Chop House.
Attend a thrilling rodeo show at the Cowtown Coliseum, witnessing impressive displays of horsemanship and traditional rodeo events.

Day 5:

Spend a leisurely day exploring the charming Bishop Arts District, known for its unique boutiques, art galleries, and cozy cafes.
Discover local artwork at the Oak Cliff Cultural Center or attend a live performance at the Bishop Arts Theatre Center.

Day 6:

Day 7:

Wrap up the trip with a visit to the Dallas World Aquarium, exploring the diverse marine life and fascinating ecosystems.

While I typically enjoy staying in, my husband is the one who knows all the cool spots in town. However, I believe this itinerary encompasses some of the most fun, interesting, and exciting places to explore in the area, providing a memorable week-long trip for my best friend.

I would like to dedicate my shoutout to two incredible individuals who have played a significant role in shaping my journey and inspiring me to pursue my dreams: my husband and my mom.

Firstly, my husband has been my biggest supporter and cheerleader since day one. His unwavering belief in me and my abilities has been a constant source of motivation. He has encouraged me to take risks, provided endless encouragement, and offered valuable insights and advice. His love and support have been instrumental in fueling my entrepreneurial spirit and pushing me to reach new heights.

Secondly, my mom has been a constant source of inspiration and guidance throughout my life. She instilled in me a sense of curiosity, a thirst for adventure, and the belief that anything is possible with hard work and determination. Her passion for travel and her own entrepreneurial journey have shown me that with dedication and perseverance, I can turn my dreams into reality.

I would also like to credit the power of YouTube as a platform that has played a significant role in shaping my knowledge and skills.
