We had the good fortune of connecting with Kim Barnhart and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Kim, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
Family! I want to be able to make my own schedule, spend more time with family and to absolutely live what I’m doing!

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I’m most proud being able to do a pop up at one of most favorite mentors (she owns her own store – Fleastlye) here in Dallas. It was a honor!

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
We’d stay at The Statler. Shop at Northpark Mall, eat lunch at The Hill.

We’d do more shopping in Bishop Arts.

Eat dinner at Klyde Warren Park’s Mi Cocina.

I love going on adventures for murals around Dallas. I would take them around to all of my favorite murals around the city.

Absolutely my husband, my kids + of course my creator!

My husband has always + will always have my back. He has been my shoulder to cry on, the hug I needed for support, the laughter in times of stress + a unwavering love for my passion.
