Hi Kiante, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
My dedication to helping individuals advance personally and professionally took root in 2020, after completing my Masters of Healthcare Administration. During a challenging job market due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I utilized my connections to help peers secure job opportunities, offering guidance on acquiring certifications, joining professional organizations, refining resumes, and interview preparation. My commitment to service and my passion for fostering growth in others are poised to leave a lasting impact and create a legacy for MedDivine Health, LLC in the field of healthcare staffing and professional development.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
MedDivine Health, LLC is a faith based healthcare staffing and professional development company that supports Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech Therapists by addressing staffing needs across Texas healthcare facilities. In addition, we offer professional branding services for healthcare administrators.

What sets us apart is that we don’t just match professionals to jobs—we invest in their long-term success. We provide career development services such as resume enhancements, interview preparation, LinkedIn branding, mentorship meetings, and career mapping. Our goal is to help professionals define, pursue, and achieve their short- and long-term career goals. This investment not only empowers our providers but also enhances patient care by placing motivated, purpose-driven professionals who strive to make a meaningful impact and become the best version of themselves.

We are blessed to now serve the entire Dallas-Fort Worth area. Growing to this point has taken a great deal of networking, building the right relationships, and ensuring we hire candidates who are committed to delivering excellent patient care and are eager to grow both personally and professionally. The journey hasn’t always been easy, but it has been incredibly rewarding.

My wife and mentors have played a vital role in helping me navigate the challenges, offering support, insight, and encouragement as I’ve grown this business. Most importantly, my faith in God has been the foundation of it all. Trusting in His plan has given me peace and purpose, knowing that His plans are for me to prosper.
What I want people to know about us is that we are more than just a staffing company—we are a partner in your journey. We are here to help you reach your goals and dreams, and we will walk alongside you every step of the way.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I’m a huge sports fan—especially when it comes to football and basketball—so a fun weekend would definitely include catching a Dallas Mavericks or Dallas Cowboys game. I also love pizza, so taking a friend on a pizza tour around the city would be a must. Some of my favorite spots are Delucca Gaucho Pizza, Cane Rosso, and the pizza at Drake’s Hollywood, which is incredible. I’m also a big foodie in general, so I’d make sure we hit up several great food spots throughout the weekend to really experience the flavors of the city.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My wife has been a significant supporter throughout my journey. She was actually the one who sparked the idea for me to start this company after recognizing my leadership skills and dedication to helping others. She’s been a constant source of encouragement, a listening ear, and someone I can bounce ideas off of. Her support has truly contributed to my personal and professional growth.

I also want to give a shoutout to my mentors – individuals who own successful staffing companies and have generously poured their wisdom into me. When I first shared my interest in starting my own company, they provided invaluable mentorship, shared their journeys, offered honest advice, and walked with me every step of the way,
