Hi Kevitta “KJ”, what is the most important factor behind your success?
That is a very interesting question.. I believe the most important factor behind my success or the success of the brand is the ability to create paths for other people. Wether it be career devolopment or paths created for our clients through our day to day operations. This fuels my passion and adds extreme value towards all of my long-term goals.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Little Dot’s Solutions LLC. is a real estate investment company founded in 2015. We are full-time property investors in and we specialize in finding those hidden house deals that you normally only hear about… usually below retail value. I started this journey alongside my partner, we would perform all the tasks in the operation up until the pace of the business accelerated. Was it easy? Not exactly but it is was well-worth all of the time and effort invested. It became obvious that we needed a team if we were going to conquer more markets.

A few of the lessons that I have learned is that our company can thrive, even in a pandemic with the right people in the right seats. Meaning, by identifying the strengths of your team on an individual basis, you can put them in positions to be most successful. It can be equally fulfilling to the team member because it offers a sense of purpose. Thus, changing their life altogether. I also learned that having a virtual office setting can help you sustain yourself during unsuspected times. We were fortunate to be able to operate when most companies were forced to shut down. Our virtual team is our family, it consists of people from all over the world who’ve united with the shared vision of finding real estate solutions. And that’s what I want the world to know about my brand, to state it simply….. we are REAL people helping REAL people find REAL solutions.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Omg there are soooo many awesome places in Dallas. My favorite thing to do is mural hunting throughout the city. Deep Ellum has some of the most interesting artwork, you can also check out some of the local bars and restaurants. You can also catch a game and root for the home team no matter what your sports preference is, Dallas has got you covered. You may want to take a hike in Cedar Hill park to connect with nature or go to Six Flags and be a kid again.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
There are a plethora of people that I can say helped to shape and guide my career path. Without their counsel I would still be left to figure things out through trial and error, or as we like to say, ” failing forward”. I will start with giving recognition to the REAL Advisors mentors Ela Londono, Ashley Molina, Steven Morales for going above and beyond to help. From answering my burning questions no matter the time of day to suggesting the perfect book that puts things in perspective, they kept me motivated and gave me the best transparent advice. I’ve watched countless Youtube videos and invested my time in several seminars, some paid and some free. The best investment you can make is to invest in yourself.
