We had the good fortune of connecting with KELLY CARDEN and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi KELLY, do you have a favorite quote or affirmation?
“Inspire others with your passion.” Passion is a key driver in achieving success to me, because passion creates purpose and long-term focus. Additionally, passion is critical to leadership, as it helps motivate others to be excited and engaged in the overall goal or purpose. The most important part of this quote to me is the reminder to empower others to find their own passion, whether it is similar or different than my own passions.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
For the past 5 years, I have founded and co-owned Cryo1one, the largest cryotherapy provider in the Dallas area. Our brand has differentiated itself with the high-level of customer service and knowledge our employees provide to all of our customers. Cryo1one has made cryotherapy both accessible and affordable to people who are looking for a decrease in inflammation, alleviation in joint pain and arthritis, and a boost in energy. My biggest passion has been educating people on the benefits of cryotherapy, while creating the best practices for a still largely unknown industry. This passion has helped me focus on the purpose on building an elevated brand that accomplishes the goals of education, safety, and customer service.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Dallas has a great restaurant scene, so I always enjoy sharing with friends new restaurant finds, especially locally owned or hole-in-the-walls. As a local business owner, I think it is very important to support other local business owners, considering so many were not able to survive during the pandemic. Lower Greenville and Ross and Hall have some of my favorite local spots.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
A personal passion of mine is animal rescue in the Dallas Fort Worth area. Over the past 15 years, it has been inspiring to connect and work with other like-minded people who share a similar passion of animal rescue and purpose of increasing animal adoptions through different non-profits, such as Emma’s Wish, Paws in the City and Artists for Animals. It has continued to serve as a great reminder what an important role passion plays in building communities.
