We had the good fortune of connecting with Kelli Trice and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Kelli, what’s your definition for success?
I define success by the results my clients receive. When their goals are met or exceeded, that’s the clearest measure of my work’s impact. The feedback that follows genuine reviews, heartfelt recommendations, and continued referrals means more to me than any metric. Those responses tell me that trust was built, value was delivered, and real change was achieved. Knowing that my clients are satisfied enough to share their experience with others is what truly drives my sense of success and fulfillment.
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I am the owner of a boutique, family-owned and operated brokerage with over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry. What sets my work apart is the deeply personal, hands-on approach I bring to every client relationship. I believe real estate is not just about transactions it’s about people, families, and life-changing moments, and I treat every client’s journey with the care and attention it deserves.
My professional path was not an easy one. I began my career as a single mother, working multiple jobs simply to make ends meet. There were moments when balancing work and motherhood felt overwhelming, and at times I had no choice but to bring my daughter along with me. Those experiences shaped everything about who I am today my resilience, my work ethic, and my commitment to showing up no matter the circumstances. In the process, my daughter quickly became my best little “assistant,” and together we navigated challenges that strengthened both my career and our bond.
Every obstacle I faced taught me valuable lessons: perseverance matters, adaptability is essential, and integrity must always come first. I learned that success doesn’t come from taking shortcuts it comes from consistency, honesty, and putting people first, even when it’s hard.
Those lessons are the foundation of my brand, Hello Realty Co. The word *hello* is the very first thing spoken when a relationship begins it represents connection, warmth, and trust. My brand was built on the idea of being there from the very beginning to the very end of a client’s journey. From the first conversation to the final closing and long after I am committed to guiding, supporting, and advocating for my clients every step of the way.
What I am most proud of is the trust my clients place in me and the relationships that continue long after a deal is done. Reviews, referrals, and repeat clients are a reflection of the care and dedication I bring to my work. What I want the world to know about me and my brand is simple: this is more than real estate it’s a promise to show up, to listen, and to serve with heart, experience, and unwavering commitment.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If my best friend were visiting for a week, I’d make sure they experienced the very best of Fort Worth and the surrounding areas a mix of culture, great food, local favorites, and a little Texas flair.
We’d start with the Fort Worth Stockyards, because it’s such a classic experience. From watching the cattle drive to exploring the shops, live music, and grabbing a drink at a honky-tonk, it’s the perfect introduction to the city’s history and personality. No visit would be complete without soaking in that authentic Fort Worth charm.
Food would be a major part of the itinerary, and one of my must-stop favorites is Bocca Osteria. It’s hands-down my favorite Italian spot—amazing pasta, great wine, and the kind of atmosphere that makes you want to linger and enjoy the moment. We’d also explore local coffee shops and neighborhood spots, because that’s where you really get a feel for the city.
I’d make sure to mix in some arts and culture, whether it’s strolling through the Cultural District, visiting museums, or just enjoying the outdoor spaces and trails Fort Worth has to offer. The city has a great balance of laid-back and lively, and I love showing visitors both sides.
Of course, we’d also head over to Dallas for a night out specifically for a Dallas Stars hockey game. The energy, excitement, and fast pace of the game make it such a fun experience, even for people who aren’t die-hard hockey fans. It’s the perfect way to add something high-energy to the week.
In between, we’d spend time hanging out, grabbing drinks, exploring nearby neighborhoods, and enjoying the people that make this area special. Fort Worth is full of welcoming, interesting, and creative people, and that sense of community is what makes it such a great place to live and visit.
By the end of the week, my goal would be simple: for my friend to feel like they didn’t just *visit* Fort Worth they truly experienced it.
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
