Hi Joseph, putting aside the decision to work for yourself, what other decisions were critical to your success?
Caring about helping others achieve their health goals. By offering healthy and affordable meals and smoothies.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Fit factory is a healthy restaurant and smoothie bar, that offers a wide variety of portion controlled meals and smoothies made with real ingredients and protein, and we also offer custom made meal plans made fresh daily to help keep you on tracks and consistent with your health goals. We are a small company with aspirations to grow and help make eating healthy easy and affordable. it has been a hard road to get here but with quality food and care we have made it successful and look forward o expanding and marking a difference.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
We like to check out our local farmers market, and check out what they have to offer to support small businesses. We also like to run or hike at local parks in the dallas area. On days were we have free time we like to learn something new like a cooking class, we enjoy live music and comedy shows!
