Hi Jordan, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
My thought process behind starting the business came from seeing a real need in the roofing and storm restoration industry—especially here in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. After witnessing how many homeowners were left feeling misled or taken advantage of during vulnerable times, I knew there had to be a better way. I wanted to create a company that homeowners could truly trust—one that prioritizes honesty, transparency, and doing what’s right for the customer, not just what’s profitable. Starting my own business gave me the ability to set that standard and lead by example in an industry that really needs it.

What should our readers know about your business?
My business specializes in roofing and storm restoration across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. What truly sets us apart is our commitment to doing things the right way—with honesty, integrity, and a genuine focus on the homeowner’s best interests. In an industry that often struggles with trust, we’ve built our reputation on being the company people can rely on—especially during stressful times after a storm.
I’m most proud of the relationships we’ve built and the trust our customers place in us. Every roof we restore isn’t just a project—it’s someone’s home, their peace of mind. That means something to us.
Getting to this point wasn’t easy. Like most entrepreneurs, I faced plenty of obstacles—learning curves, building the right team, and navigating the ups and downs of running a business. But every challenge taught me something valuable: the importance of perseverance, clear communication, and always staying grounded in why I started in the first place.
One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that doing the right thing—especially when no one’s watching—builds long-term success. It may not be the fastest path, but it’s the most sustainable one.
What I want people to know about my brand is simple: we’re here to serve, not sell. We show up when it matters most, we tell the truth even when it’s hard, and we stand behind our work. Our story is one of service, integrity, and raising the bar for what homeowners should expect from a roofing company.
