We had the good fortune of connecting with Jessica Marion and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jessica, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The most important factor behind my success is believing in God and keeping the faith. When things are rough and I lose my way, my faith in God pulls me through to fight another day.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I was diagnosed with a learning disability in my early 30’s. I had people speak down on me and tell me that I was dumb, stupid, and worthless. I didn’t digest those words I spit them out and I educated myself by working hard and learning on the job training. It took me years to get where I am today, but I am humble to say patience and humbleness unlock many doors.

Any great local spots you’d like to shoutout?
I love dining out at Texas Road House. My favorite place to hang out is at my church Walls of Jericho Deliverance Church located at 5040 Pinson St Fortworth, Tx.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My family and friends are the ones that deserves credit in shaping who I am. Whenever I am weak, they help to make me strong.
