Meet Jazmine Hall | Licensed Esthetician & Medical Assistant

We had the good fortune of connecting with Jazmine Hall and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Jazmine, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
Starting my own business came from a mix of passion, purpose, and vision. I wanted the freedom to create an environment where clients feel truly cared for, not just treated. My thought process was to build something that reflects my values—personalized care, education, and lasting results. I knew that by working for myself, I could choose the products, techniques, and services that align with my philosophy, while also creating a space that feels warm, welcoming, and results-driven. It was also important to me to have the flexibility to grow, innovate, and eventually expand, so I could leave a legacy in the beauty industry.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
My career as an esthetician has been a journey of passion, resilience, and growth. What sets me apart is my ability to combine a results-driven approach with a deeply personal touch. I don’t just provide services, I educate my clients, tailor each treatment to their unique needs, and make sure they leave feeling both cared for and empowered. I’m most proud of building a brand that reflects my values: professionalism, integrity, and a genuine commitment to helping people look and feel their best.
Getting to where I am today was far from easy. In the beginning, I struggled with self-doubt and questioned whether I was capable of building something sustainable. There were moments when it felt easier to give up, but I reminded myself why I started and leaned on the support of mentors and loved ones. I invested in ongoing education, pushed myself outside my comfort zone, and learned to treat every challenge as an opportunity for growth.
Along the way, I’ve learned that consistency, patience, and authenticity are non-negotiable for success. I’ve also realized that clients can sense when you truly care and that’s what builds loyalty.
What I want the world to know about me and GlowbyCole Esthetics is that this isn’t just about beauty treatments—it’s about creating an experience where clients feel seen, valued, and confident. My brand is a reflection of my journey, my dedication, and my belief that when you look good and feel good, it can change everything.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If my best friend was visiting for a week, I’d make sure she experiences a mix of the best food, local culture, relaxation, and a little adventure.
Day 1: We’d start with dinner at a great local steakhouse or seafood restaurant. I love Saltgrass steak house and fisherman’s Seafood.
Day 2: Breakfast at a 30 brunch in Rockwall. I love thier mimosas and the food is great. Then a visit to the Dallas Arboretum or Fort Worth Botanical Gardens for a beautiful, relaxing stroll.
Day 3: A ‘self-care’ day—starting at GlowbyCole Esthetics for facials and skin pampering, then maybe manicures or massages at another local spa. I love a relaxing day at spa castle. We’d wrap it up with a fun, casual dinner at a Gloria’s. We love Tex mex lol.
Day 4: A little shopping—whether it’s upscale at NorthPark Center or unique finds in Bishop Arts District. Dinner at a rooftop restaurant to take in the city views.
Day 5: A day trip of fun mixed with some good ol Texas BBQ. I love visiting Grandscape. We could play a little miniature golf at PopStroke then lunch at Hard 8 BBQ. We could even catch a movie at the Galaxy Theatres as well.
Day 6: Brunch followed by something active and outdoors, like paddleboarding on White Rock Lake or a walk along the Katy Trail. Dinner at a Southern comfort food restaurant.
Day 7: A relaxing farewell day—breakfast at a local café, a slow stroll through a farmers market, and a final toast at a wine bar before she heads home.
Texas is full of energy, great food, and genuine hospitality, so I’d make sure the week had a perfect balance of fun, relaxation, and unforgettable memories.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I’d like to give a special shoutout to my friend and mentor, Tamia Forrest. I met her at a pivotal time in my life, fresh out of esthetician school, unsure of myself, and still finding my place in the industry. From the moment we connected, she became more than just a friend; she became a mentor who believed in me when I struggled to believe in myself. In such a short period of time, she taught me invaluable skills, shared her knowledge generously, and reminded me of my potential. Whenever I’ve felt like giving up, she’s been there with encouragement and support. Tamia is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but she’s also the kind of person you’re lucky to have in your corner. I truly wouldn’t be where I am today without her guidance and friendship.
