We had the good fortune of connecting with Jasmine Coefield and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Jasmine, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
It all started with my passion for helping people live healthier and more convenient lives. My coach always used to see me cooking my meals and post about them and ended up bartering service which worked out great in the long run. Once moving to Dallas from Orlando, I was given a opportunity to partner with a local gym in Fort Worth called Savage Fitness Gym. I noticed that many individuals nowadays struggle to find the time and energy to cook nutritious meals for themselves and the lack of healthy meal options, which often leads to unhealthy eating habits.
So, I put on my thinking cap and brainstormed ways to address this problem. I wanted to create something that would provide delicious, balanced meals without compromising on quality or taste. That’s when the idea of SweetBeast Meal Prep popped into my mind!
I envisioned a service that would offer a wide variety of pre-portioned, ready-to-eat meals that cater to different dietary needs and preferences. By doing so, I aimed to make it easier for busy individuals to maintain a healthy lifestyle, even when they’re short on time.
Additionally, I wanted SweetBeast Meal Prep to be more than just a meal prep service. I wanted it to be a community, a place where people could come together, share their experiences, and support each other on their wellness journeys. So, I made sure to include resources such as recipe ideas, nutritional tips, and even a blog to keep our customers inspired and informed.
Ultimately, my goal with SweetBeast Meal Prep was to provide a convenient, tasty, and healthy solution for people who want to prioritize their well-being. I wanted to make it easier for them to enjoy nutritious meals without the hassle of planning, shopping, and cooking. And seeing our customers happy and satisfied with their meals is what keeps me motivated every day.
