We had the good fortune of connecting with Jared Hill and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Jared, how does your business help the community?
The interesting thing about my perspective on Real Estate which slightly differs from my peers is that I see myself working and helping clients manage their most expensive asset. And likely the most expensive asset they’ll own in their life. Extensively every single major life event that occurs generally leads to real estate transactions. I can help make dark times a little brighter by helping them through rough times. Loss in the family, having to move parents or grandparents to assisted living spaces, divorce, all of these events are dark situations that I can help manage those transactions. On the other side of the coin, relocating for a new job, marriage, upsizing due to birth in the family, are positive situations I can also help with. I can be a beacon of light in a dark situation or an addition to a positive situation. I always have enjoyed helping people in my community and now with my business I’m able to help people manage, sell, and buy their most expensive asset they’ll own in their life. This is also why it’s vitally important that people get the best they can get when navigating these sort of situations. I have a team of highly seasoned and experienced agents behind me as well as connections to all types of businesses that can help maintain, remodel, and repair your property once you’re into one. My goal is to help people throughout every and all aspects of real estate. I’ll remain by your side even after a transaction to ensure you remain satisfied with your purchase or sell of property.
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I’ve always been a sales oriented person even as a child. It was a tough decision to go all in on this dream of helping people with real estate. Comfortable life would’ve led me to pursue IT working a normal 9 – 5 job. After contemplating what direction I wanted to follow I realized that a life without risk is a life with regret, which I didn’t want to lead. So I took the chance on sales and put everything into it. It was a challenging choice to make, but I’m happy I made it. I’ve partnered with an extremely successful team with a plethora of education, knowledge, and wisdom in the field. I’m excited to work with my team and push forward helping as many people as I can.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
On a week long trip I would likely spend a lot of time in the stockyards, and Sundance square. Botanical gardens, visit a few restaurants like Salsa Limon, Babe’s chicken, Cheesecake factory. Then for the night life I would go to 7th street, go to Bodega, Boomer Jack’s, Local. Maybe go over to Dallas to Deep Ellum for a few places down there. Majority of the time would be spending time around a fire pit with my friend and I talking listening to music and relaxing.
