We had the good fortune of connecting with Heidi Aghajani and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Heidi, what is the most important factor behind your success?
I think the most important factor in our success is our honesty and transparency with our clients. It doesn’t need to be said that we always put clients first. That’s a given. But our honesty and transparency with what noninvasive aesthetics can do and most importantly can’t do is probably the biggest factor in our success.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
Being a Nurse Injector is not easy. There are new injectors left and right coming out and unfortunately many don’t understand the responsibility that comes with having someone’s face in your hands. I was not an overnight success story. I have been in aesthetics for 10 years and it was only when I took a risk that my name and our brand is now known.

Getting to where I am has take many years of training and a lot of the training I had to go after. Yes it’s costly. I have flown all around the world to learn some techniques. But it’s what you have to do to excel in your art. I consider myself as a constant injector in training as the aesthetic world is forever changing.

I’ve learned to be humble. I still don’t know how to act when someone is excited to meet me. I blush. I get embarrassed by compliments but the day I don’t do these things I’ll have to check myself.

I am mostly proud of our growth and the support from our clients. That is something I do not take for granted. Not for a minute.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I love trying out new restaurants and lounges. I like doing touristy things. I love staying at the Joule and having sushi for dinner. I could probably eat sushi every night of the week. Lounging around the pool or just having a nice spa day where we do nothing.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I dedicate my shout out to my mom. She started her own business as English being her second language. She taught me that if there is a will there’s a way. And I have applied that to everything in my life.
