Hi Guerlyne, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?

It was a combination of a skill set I possessed and a need in the marketplace. I saw that even though leaders knew how to lead, they struggled to find their voice and confidently lead with it and position themselves influentially at a senior level.

Starting a business to meet the needs of executives and leaders in shaping their brands into distinctive ones was a natural course of action for me. I am able to consult with organizations to strategize their communications from the top down, increase engagement, and work directly with leadership to help give their brands a unique voice and elevate their team’s collective influence.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?

With over thirteen years of experience in sales and communications, I’ve earned a reputation for crafting captivating corporate narratives and sculpting distinguished senior leader brands — and it’s this unique intersection that fuels my passion. I’m a passionate coach dedicated to empowering professionals, leaders, and teams to harness the power of communication and elevate their personal brands to new heights.

I thrive on being more than just a consultant and coach. I’m a trusted thought partner and collaborator with executives, leaders, and organizations who want to amplify their business impact. Whether they’re looking to refine their leadership communication skills, develop a powerful personal brand, or elevate their team’s collective influence, I’m there to guide them.

We all have a purpose in life and a desire to leave a mark in people’s lives. I believe in the power of serving, and I am honored to have that privilege to serve those in leadership, whether they are new or seasoned leaders. The impact of leadership leaves a mark on our lives, and helping holistically shape the leader who will ultimately carry influence far and wide is part of that impact.

Since starting my business, I’ve learned that risk is a necessary part of the course of life. In living, growing, and doing, risk has been the catalyst to go beyond my comfort zone and be stretched beyond capabilities I would’ve otherwise limited myself to.

While success can be elusive my faith and belief in my Lord and savior Jesus Christ adds far more meaning to any success I receive. It’s rooted in a larger purpose, which is what I operate in and has been the compass by which I navigate this journey.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
