We had the good fortune of connecting with Faith Lamere and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Faith, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
I have always wanted to help people. Making people a better version on themselves has always been a goal of mine. After College, I went into the Mental Health field for 2.5 years, although I was helping others cope with their mental health my husband and I realized it was not bettering my mental health but doing the opposite. I hold things deeply and keep them close to my heart and my cases started weighing on me.
That is when I started thinking of another career path.
I wanted a career that allowed me to financially contribute to my family as well as allow me to present in my children’s lives. Not only did I want those things to be a criteria, I really wanted to love and have a passion for what I do. That is when I started creating content, first it started with motivational content that uplifted individuals that may be going through a hard time and I just wanted to make them smile. Then I started realizing I loved making Social Media content.
My husband and I prayed for a way that I can turn it into a business and then the opportunity to Start a business in Social media management and digital marketing fell into my lap! From there, my business took off! I am able to help businesses and individuals get their story told through social media as well as help them grow! and I ABSOLUTELY love every minute of it!
I get to meet new people, learn about their passions in their business and help them accomplish goals through social media! It has been a Win, Win!
What should our readers know about your business?
Same as what I said in the first Questions (: I’ll Copy paste it because it basically outlines my values and how I got to where I am today. And I don’t think without any step that has been made I would be here!
I do want to point out that with my Psychology degree, I feel like it has helped me really understand people and be ablel to analyze how they think. (its also a passion of mine to read people) Some don’t realize that psychology is huge when it comes to marketing your business and who you are trying to attract. not only do I have an education behind it, I also have a passion for it.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Well my family and I LOVE sports! We are avid sports goers! so depending on the season, I would recommend watching a game or two! Here in Dallas, we have the American Airlines Center- that is where the Dallas Mavericks and the Dallas Stars play! So I would Highly recommend going to see a Hockey or Basketball games. If you wanted to see the Dallas Cowboys training Center, Its called The Star and that is located in Frisco. In addition to the practice field, It has a ton of cool eating and drinking spots. They also hold events, such as Movie nights are markets there!
In Arlington, we have the Globe Life stadium that is where the World series Champions, The Texas Rangers play. Choctaw Stadium is home to the Renegades and Of course the AT&T stadium, also known as Jerry’s world, and that is the home of The Dallas Cowboys! well if you ask my son, that is the Monster Jam stadium! haha.
We also love local wineries, one specifically we are members to is Lost Oak Winery in Burleson.
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
First and For most, God.
Second my Husband, without his support and encouragement, I would not be where I am at today. He has been my biggest cheerleader and has always supported every decision without a doubt. Sometimes he knows more about what I am capable of than me and when the time comes he always encourages me in my time of doubt.
Of course, My Children, everything I do is for them.
Then, My family and friends, they are always sharing and promoting me to everyone!
