Hi Elsa, what is the most important factor behind your success?
Time management is my priority to keep my business going, my family life and the time I set aside for myself. . Time for my business, time for my friends, time for myself, time is everything and having good control of it is the best thing in the world even when things do not go as planned there is always a minute to take a breath live in the moment.

What should our readers know about your business?
Big Littles Designs started in the corner of our kitchen in a 505 Sq. ft. home we were renting at the moment and we got rid of our dinning room table so my husband could make me a work table that held my cricut machine and all my craft items, We had to eat off TV dinner tables for about 2 years its funny and emotional that this idea that come to me in the middle of the night, while breast feeding my then 3 month old son. I just remember thinking “I do not want to go back to work!” and I googled small business ideas, home based businesses, I looked it all up, I was determined to find something on google to help me stay home with my little one, I was making shirts here and there for my family and friends and I really enjoyed it, but knew I would have to sell a ton of T-shirts to replace my income at the moment. It seemed impossible, but something in me lit up that night and has been the fire that keeps me going everyday, I started thinking of all the ideas of mommy and me shirts I wanted to make for my son and I and thought “Big and Littles” I wanted to focus on mommy and kids shirts, and that is where Big Littles Designs came from, as much as I wanted to only focus on mommy and me shirts I kept getting orders for other items that expanded my creativity and my follow base with every new item I made from invitations to shadow boxes, This journey has not been easy , but it has been worth the blood, sweat, and tears I have poured to into it to give my customers the best of me and all my ideas, I can proudly say we have purchased a home and I have a spacious office and a dining room table once again! LOL We have also expanded to now having a 100 watt Laser machine my husband and I have named “Big Bertha” like Selana tour bus. Big Bertha has been so good to us she has helped us expand our creativity the possibilities are endless and we cant wait to keep making all the things!

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
We would definitely need to go to Bishop arts and have brunch at Jonathon’s! I personally love the Country Benedict with extra gravy and a mimosa oh so good! After that we would have to walk off that food and take a stroll down bishop arts and maybe have a Picole popsicle, so some shopping, have dinner at Glorias and have a margarita or 2! Those are just a few of my favorite spots, but I would be lying if I didn’t say I always enjoy movie night at home with junk food! For the most part I am a home body, but you can catch me smelling candles at home goods and Tj maxx every once in a while when I am running “errands” LOL.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would like to dedicate this to my husband who has been my rock since day one and has always believed in me, and my son who motivates me to be the best version of my self everyday.
