At Creative Beauty Salon Suites, we’re not just offering salon space — we’re cultivating a thriving, inclusive community. In a world that often prioritizes transactional business models, especially in real estate, our approach is deeply transformational.

We provide safe, supportive spaces for beauty professionals — particularly in urban and Black communities — to grow, expand, and become the best versions of themselves. Our mission goes beyond suite rentals. We’re dedicated to empowering our tenants with resources, networking opportunities, and ongoing mentorship to help them elevate their brand, gain financial independence, and thrive.

At Creative Beauty Salon Suites, we are more than transactional — we are transformative.
Our foundation is rooted in community over everything.

We understand that when you build intentional, safe spaces for people to grow, you don’t just change businesses — you change lives. That’s why we’re committed to empowering beauty professionals through connection, mentorship, and opportunity.

As Black, queer women, it’s an honor to take up space in this industry and create spaces for others who are often underrepresented and underserved. We’re proud to be a living example that legacy, prosperity, and purpose are our birthright, regardless of what cards life may have dealt us.

What sets us apart is not just what we do — it’s how and why we do it.
We’re here to elevate, empower, and transform.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
“There’s always something going on in Dallas — honestly, it’s one of the most vibrant and diverse cities out there. With so much happening, it can be tough to choose! Whether you’re into art, music, food, or community events, Dallas has a little bit of everything.

If you’re new or just visiting, I always recommend doing a little research or even just following local leaders and community pages like ours — we’re always in the mix and sharing what’s happening.

As for a go-to spot? Whew, that’s a tough one! The city has so many gems. Let us sit with that for a minute — but trust, there’s no shortage of dope places to explore.”

We would say explore the Downtown area, Bishop Arts, and Deep Ellum if you’re seeking more of an eclectic vibe.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
We Love Mentorship. We Love Unity. We Love Togetherness.

First and foremost, we want to shout out our community — your support has been everything. From the very beginning, you’ve believed in our mission to create something meaningful, intentional, and grounded in empowerment. We do this for you and with you.

However, before anything else, we must honor our incredible mentors, Ann and Kem, owners of Perfect Salon Suites — true masters in the real estate and salon suite industries. For three years, they poured into us, taught us the game, and showed us how to build a legacy with integrity. This movement, this vision, and this space wouldn’t exist without their wisdom and generosity.

As we continue to rise, we carry their lessons forward — not just to elevate ourselves, but to uplift others. Because in our community, we live by this:
