Meet Elisabeth Victoire | Founder of Old Mill Goods

We had the good fortune of connecting with Elisabeth Victoire and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Elisabeth, what matters most to you?
Intentionality. It’s important to me to build a brand and products that reflect my principles. Creating functional, high-quality foods that genuinely support people’s wellness and running a business that gives back to the community. Intentionality drives every decision at Old Mill Goods: from thoughtfully sourcing ingredients to telling a story with purpose, and building a brand people can trust.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Old Mill Goods is a new food company rooted in tradition, quality, and purpose. **We are the first to create cycle syncing and premium Müesli Oats blends.**
They aren’t just delicious, they’re thoughtfully formulated to support wellness through selected ingredients, pre and probiotics. What sets us apart is our focus on intentionality: every ingredient, flavor, and story behind our products is chosen with care. I’m most proud of building a brand and products from scratch as opposed to going the white labeling route. I’m excited about giving people products they can feel good about eating every day, knowing it nourishes both body and mind.
Building Old Mill Goods has been a journey of hard work, learning, and persistence. What started as a personal idea and a passion for traditional foods and wellness grew into a business. Like many women, I was diagnosed with fibroids a few years ago and wanted to find ways to alleviate the symptoms. At the time, there was very little research available, so I turned to something I’ve always known: food as medicine. That’s how I began personalizing my müesli and created our original flavor, Crimson Comfort.
The journey is never easy or linear. That is why it is important to be disciplined, persistent and hold fast to my values of quality and integrity. I also credit my faith for keeping me grounded and focused, especially during moments when the challenges may feel overwhelming.
Some of the biggest lessons I’ve learned so far are:
– Independence is empowering but requires discipline. You have to plan, execute, and stay accountable to yourself.
– Authenticity resonates. When your products and story are true to your values, people notice and connect.
– Community matters. Even when building solo, guidance from experts and support from your network can make the difference between struggling and thriving.
– Patience is essential. Building something new and meaningful takes time, intentionality, and faith that your efforts will compound.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I’m grateful for my faith! It has never failed me. It has guided me to the right people, connections, and opportunities at each step of this journey.
