We had the good fortune of connecting with Diana Jaime and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Diana, let’s talk legacy – what do you want yours to be?
I’m an immigrant who didn’t speak English when I get to USA. I didn’t know anyone but my sister who lived here working in a warehouse 50-60hrs per week.
It’s possible to dream big than just work in factories, maids, low pay jobs. (Very respectable) please don’t get me wrong.
I did myself those kind oh jobs as well.

However when we dream, plan, execute the plan, staying focus and keep working/improving then we are able to help our families, friends, and other people, it’s a wonderful feeling.

I’d like they remembré me as a woman who work intense, team player, kind and fair. Always with a smile in her face 🙂

What should our readers know about your business?
I buy/fix/sell house I buy/fix/rent
I buy/fix/owner finance. I’m the bank.

I work with homeowners to renovate their kitchen/bath/landscape.

I do full rehabs as well.

It is a challenge until this day to be a business owner. There is always new situation/problems.
Working 24/7 cuz of the same reason.

My yoga instructor background helps me tremendously to stay calm. Also working out.

I’d like them to know that either path in life they choose, won’t be easy but usually when you decide to be productive in life the reward are AMAZING. I’m talking about seeing happy clients, happy employees, overall seeing great results.
That what makes me extremely excited and happy keep doing this.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
1. My house. My chicken, vegetables and potatoes are really good! 2. Mister Charles restaurant. The arquitectura they chose at that restaurant is luxurious and unique.
3. The sound. Is a place 2 miles from my house they have life bands, lake, food trucks, dogs area, everything for a great outdoor place to be.
4. El sinaloense restaurant. To listen so banda! Alive music 🎵
5. The ilusión place. Where you take cool pictures and they make you look like 3D. Fun place!
6. To the gym, workout together first then a spa day.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Norma Domínguez. My sister. She was in the same situation as me. Immigrant not spoke the language. Worked her way up and she’s a successful profesional woman.
She helped me to improve. She’s 6 years older than me and I looked her up as an example to become better.
