We had the good fortune of connecting with Danielle Bertrand and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Danielle, can you share the most important lesson you’ve learned over the course of your career?
The most important lesson my business has taught me is to show up consistently. Showing up builds trust with perspective clients but also in personal relationships. Being present shows you care and desire to serve. It’s not always easy being present in the moment so I have learned how make sure I’m present even if its not in “real time”. I make sure my audience is still getting valuable and timely information.

What should our readers know about your business?
I am a business coach for female entrepreneurs. I chose to work with females because I understand the mindset shift that needs to to place in order to be highly successful in the marketplace. Many women are used to being paid below their expertise but that stops here. I help my clients, eliminate fear, gain clarity and create a strategy for success in the marketplace. It wasn’t easy to get where I am today but it has definitely been worth it. The joy I get helping my clients create a winning strategy is priceless. I am able to use my degree in small business and entrepreneurship and my 8 years teaching experience to provide quality business coaching. I want the world to know that Girl, It’s Go Time is here to stay. We are focused on helping female entrepreneurs build generational wealth. We help our clients stop sleeping on themselves and function at their highest capacity.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
This is actually happening soon. Bruch at: Stirr, Soriee Cafe, Nina’s Shopping at the Allen Outlet, Galleria, Grapevine Mills Zoo time, Black Girl Magic Museum Dinner at Whiskey Cakes (the chicken and waffles are amazing), Pappadaux

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I want to shout out my husband, Lance Bertrand. He is always a great supporter in everything I do. He doesn’t let me give up even when I have doubts. He prays for me daily and that means a lot.
