We had the good fortune of connecting with Covenant Olatunde and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Covenant, how do you think about risk?
Risk taking has allowed me to step in to things otherwise would’ve been too scared to do. My risk-taking has been heavily based on conversations with God about my future and what I believe he wants me to be doing next. That’s where my decision making and risk-taking authority comes from. Without that face, I would not have the courage to do what I’ve done.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
In summary, my dream is to change the entertainment industry forever by modeling, holistic lifestyle & creativity, while mentoring the next generation to do the same. The entertainment industry is largely toxic with majority of entities corrupting art with the love of fame, money, and status. I want to bring entertainment back to its creative design – Which is to wash the feet of the beholder/listener. Art was meant to serve the recipients first and in turn the creator is also Blessed. Not the other way around.

Covie, the entertainment company I started stands for a collective of voice in entertainment. The vision is to “collect” artist from every walk of life and every sphere of art together into a world where we collaborate and serve each other with a unified purpose of serving our society with the art we create. For the good of all mankind, not just ourselves.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I have to get all the credit to my Creator who inspired me and gave me the skills, affinity & dream to do what I do! I also have to recognize my parents who made room for me to develop in my gifting’s, and calling when I was young.
