Hi Carl, what’s something about your industry that outsiders are probably unaware of?
The phrase “everything that glitters isn’t gold” is a profound truth in the world of lifestyle entrepreneurship. Many influencers and artists project a picture-perfect life on social media, showcasing success, luxury, and happiness. However, the reality is often quite different. Behind the polished images, there are struggles, challenges, and sacrifices that are not always visible to the public eye.

As a lifestyle entrepreneur, I’ve come to realize that the internet is indeed a powerful tool for showcasing my work and connecting with my audience, but it is essential to recognize its limitations. Social media can create an illusion of perfection, leading people to compare themselves to others and feel inadequate. The pressure to maintain a flawless online image can be overwhelming, making it crucial to remind ourselves that it’s only a curated representation of our lives.

To maintain authenticity and a true connection with my audience, I am committed to being transparent about the realities of my journey as a lifestyle entrepreneur. What sets me apart is my ability to leverage my passions and turn them into profitable ventures. I’ve strategically crafted a brand that aligns with my interests, allowing me to get paid for experiences that, in the past, would have drained my pockets.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
As a Dallas native hosting my Houstonian best friend, who also happens to be a 28-year-old female lifestyle/fashion entrepreneur, I always want to create a memorable and special experience for her while keeping it genuine, fun, and full of the things she loves. Despite my luxury lifestyle, I know she appreciates the simple pleasures of nature and she’s a taco crackhead.

Day 1: Welcome to Dallas
– I’ll personally pick her up from the airport in a black SUV, welcoming her to the city in boss style.
– We’ll head straight to a local taco joint, maybe “The Mexican” where they have some of the best authentic tacos and margaritas in town.

Day 2: Exploring the Outdoors
– We’ll start the day with an early walk at Klyde Warren Park, where we can chat, have coffee, enjoy the food trucks and beautiful outdoor activities.
– For brunch, I’ll take her to a trendy outdoor spot (maybe Vidorra Deep Ellum) that serves mimosas and brunch taco specialties.
-Night cap, got to a dine in movie for dinner.

Day 3: A Day of Dining Experiences
– We’ll venture out to an indoor rock climbing adventure. She’s really into fitness vlogging.
– In the evening, we’ll dress up and head to a top tier restaurant with breathtaking city views, enjoying cocktails and gourmet dining. Just because !

Day 4: Hidden Gems and Margaritas
– I’ll take her to explore some lesser-known local spots, like hidden art galleries and quirky shops, where she can immerse herself in the city’s unique charm.
– For lunch, we’ll visit a vibrant and authentic pizza restaurant to switch from the taco vibe.
-After lunch, what’s a trip without bowling?! Maybe invite mutual friends

Day 5: Rooftop Happy Hour
– Today is all about reconnecting with self. We’ll venture “The Joule Spa” for massages to sooth the wear and tear from rock climbing.
– We’ll have a picnic with sandwiches, fruits and her favorite treats (hot cheetos) and champagne of course.
-Relaxing Pool Day, my top 2 favorite pools are the “The Statler” and “The Virgin”

Day 6: Surprise Luxury Conceirge Experience
– As a luxury concierge, Ill have a special surprise planned. I’ll arrange a black SUV and an exclusive dining experience for her to enjoy gourmet dishes, sparkling champagne, and live music.

Day 7: Farewell Brunch
– We’ll conclude our week with a farewell brunch at a chic outdoor terrace, complete with bottomless mimosas, scrumptious dishes, and a heartfelt toast to our incredible time together.

Throughout the week, I’ll make sure to keep the focus on her interests and preferences, incorporating outdoor experiences, delightful dining, and just the right amount of luxury to show her how much she means to me. The goal is to create cherished memories that reflect her genuine spirit and love for her hometown, Dallas.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Respectfully, my shoutout goes to all of my ex-girlfriends. Although dating me may have come with some unconventional terms, they have unknowingly played a significant role in shaping my journey. You see, being in a relationship with me automatically came with a side role as my assistant. While it might sound crazy, it taught me the importance of communication, compromise, and appreciating the people in our lives.

Through these relationships, I learned valuable lessons about support, teamwork, and understanding, even in the most unexpected ways. Their presence in my life has contributed to my growth and has been a source of inspiration for the various endeavors I’ve undertaken. So, I extend my appreciation and recognition to all of them for being part of my story, adding a touch of uniqueness to my experiences, and reminding me that everything that glitters isn’t always gold.
