Meet Cari Silva | Esthetician & Lash Artist

We had the good fortune of connecting with Cari Silva and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Cari, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
Starting 413 Lash Studio was a leap of faith—literally and figuratively. After years of working for other studios, I experienced burnout and knew something had to change. I wanted more flexibility in my schedule, creative control over my work, and the ability to truly prioritize client care in a way that aligned with my values. With the encouragement of my husband and a deep feeling that God was leading me in this direction, I decided to step out on my own.
The inspiration behind my business name, 413 Lash Studio, comes from Philippians 4:13—“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” That verse became my foundation as I built this business. I didn’t always dream of owning my own studio, but as my career as an esthetician and lash artist evolved, so did my desire to create a space that felt personal, peaceful, and purpose-driven. Now, I get to serve women in a way that honors their time, enhances their natural beauty, and reflects the heart behind why I do what I do.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
413 Lash Studio is a private, one-woman lash and brow studio located in Southwest Fort Worth. I specialize in natural-looking lash extensions, lash lifts, and brow laminations—services designed to enhance each client’s natural beauty while respecting the health of their lashes and brows. What sets my studio apart is the personalized, peaceful experience I offer. It’s not a fast-paced or high-volume environment—it’s intentional, private, and built around long-lasting results and honest care.
I’m most proud of the relationships I’ve built with my clients over the years. Many are busy moms and professionals who want to feel put-together without sacrificing hours in front of the mirror each day. Knowing that I can simplify their routine and help them feel confident means everything to me.
Getting to where I am today has definitely not been easy. Starting my business in early 2020 came with obvious challenges—but also unexpected blessings. I had to learn to trust God, trust the process, and lean into resilience. There were moments of doubt and financial pressure, but I stayed focused on serving well and being consistent. Word of mouth, client loyalty, and staying true to my purpose helped carry me through.
Some of the biggest lessons I’ve learned? Keep things simple, don’t compare your journey to others, and never stop learning. I’ve taken countless continuing education courses to stay ahead in my industry, and I’m always looking for ways to improve my client experience while keeping my business sustainable as a mom and entrepreneur.
What I want the world to know about 413 Lash Studio is that it’s more than just lashes and brows—it’s about creating space for women to feel seen, cared for, and beautiful in their everyday lives. My brand is faith-driven, quality-focused, and rooted in serving with heart.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Day 1 – Welcome + Fort Worth Classic
We’d kick things off with dinner at Joe T. Garcia’s. The patio is lively, and it’s a go-to spot for showing off Fort Worth to out-of-town guests.
Day 2 – Coffee & The Stockyards
We’d start with coffee from Black Rifle, then spend the day at the Stockyards—browsing shops, watching the cattle drive, and just soaking up the Western charm.
Day 3 – Trail Ride + Porch Time
We’d head out for a trail ride at Benbrook Stables—something I personally love. Later, we’d unwind on my back porch with a good drink and conversation.
Day 4 – Clearfork Day
This would be a full Clearfork kind of day. We’d explore the boutiques, walk the Trinity River trail, have lunch at Press Café, and grab gelato for a sweet treat at Amorino Gelato.
Day 5 – Lash Studio + Local Finds
Of course, I’d pamper her with a lash and brow service at 413 Lash Studio, then we’d check out a few favorite local spots or explore the South Main area together.
Day 6 – Wild Acres + Family Time
We’d enjoy lunch at Wild Acres with my kids. It’s laid-back, outdoorsy, and great for families. Maybe a little iced tea after and some downtime at home.
Day 7 – Sunday Slowdown
We’d ease into the last day with a slow morning—coffee, maybe a scenic drive or local stop—and just enjoy some quiet time before she heads home.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I have to give a heartfelt shoutout to the supportive clients who believed in me from the very beginning. When I launched 413 Lash Studio in 2020, it was such a vulnerable time—stepping out in faith and starting fresh. Those first clients, many of whom are still with me today, showed up, cheered me on, and trusted me with their lashes and brows during a very uncertain season. Their loyalty, encouragement, and word-of-mouth support played a huge part in building the foundation of my business. I’m forever grateful for the relationships we’ve built, and they continue to inspire me every single day.
