We had the good fortune of connecting with Bryant Rhodes and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Bryant, we’d love to start by asking you about lessons learned. Is there a lesson you can share with us?
I find that being true to myself is the most important thing that has helped me succeed. I never compromise my integrity in a business situation and always give one hundred percent on any design project.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
For many years I studied other successful business owners and designers to hone my craft.

It definitely hasn’t been a easy journey getting into this field I’ve had many challenges along the way. But I was able to persevere by staying focused on my goals and always learning how to strengthen my weaknesses.

My number one goal I want people to know when they see me or my brand Tres Bon Designs is they are looking at a living testimony of what it means to not ever give up on your dreams. In regards to the brand I want anyone who may choose us for a special event to know you will get the best quality designs and service.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I definitely would take them downtown specifically Sundance square. There are so many unique and interesting shops to check out as well as restaurants with amazing cuisine.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would love to credit to my mother Mrs. Sonja Rhodes-Davis and my grandmother Mrs. Cecilia Rhodes. They have been my biggest supporters since the inception of my career and I’m forever grateful for everything they’ve done over the years.
