We had the good fortune of connecting with Brianna Pineda and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Brianna, do you have any habits that you feel contribute to your effectiveness?
Consistency over intensity — showing up every day, even when motivation dips, builds long-term momentum. Building a business is hard! There are days when it feels like the weight of the world is on your shoulders and you want to throw in the towel. But those days are temporary and few. Stay consistent and keep going!

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
My business is all about helping people feel confident, beautiful, and empowered — whether it’s through hair, makeup, lashes, or just creating a welcoming space where they can relax and be themselves. What sets me apart is the personal connection I strive to build with each client. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all beauty. I really take the time to listen, understand what my clients need, and tailor each experience to them.

Getting to where I am today definitely wasn’t easy. There were moments of doubt, late nights, and a lot of learning through trial and error. But my passion for the beauty industry and the belief that I could create something meaningful kept me going. Every challenge taught me something valuable — how to pivot, how to trust myself, and how to keep pushing even when it’s hard.

I’m most proud of the growth I’ve achieved, not just in business, but personally. Building this from the ground up has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. I want the world to know that my brand is rooted in authenticity, quality, and creativity. When someone walks through my doors, they’re not just getting a service — they’re stepping into a space where they’re seen, heard, and celebrated.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If my best friend came to visit DFW, I’d make sure they got the full Texas experience. We’d kick things off with amazing brisket and banana pudding at Hutchins BBQ in McKinney, then stroll the charming downtown area. We’d spend a relaxing day in Prosper, grabbing drinks and dinner at The Tavern, one of my favorite local spots.

For city fun, we’d explore Klyde Warren Park, hit up the Perot Museum, and dine at Nick & Sam’s or Sixty Vines, followed by rooftop drinks at Happiest Hour. A day in Fort Worth Stockyards would be a must — full of Western flair and a stop at Joe T. Garcia’s. We’d also make time for shopping at Legacy West or The Star in Frisco, plus a little beauty self-care (of course!).

From great food and music in Deep Ellum to artsy strolls in Bishop Arts, DFW has it all — big city energy with small-town charm. You truly get the best of both worlds here!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Absolutely! I wouldn’t be where I am today without the unwavering support and encouragement of my family and close friends. I also want to shout out my incredible clients — their trust and loyalty inspire me to keep pushing forward and growing. And lastly, I’ve drawn so much inspiration from mentors and fellow beauty professionals in the industry who’ve shown me what’s possible. I’m beyond grateful for every conversation, collaboration, and piece of advice that helped shape my path.
