Hi Brianca Grace, other than deciding to work for yourself, what was the single most important decision you made that contributed to your success?
The single most important decision I made was to BELIEVE in myself!! My SELF BELIEF has been a major contributor to my success.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
As the Owner and Creator of QUEEN’S Crown Essentials (QCE), I’m thrilled to share our journey and the essence of my brand.

At QCE, I believe that hair care should not just be a routine but a holistic experience that nurtures the mind, body, and spirit. My products, meticulously handcrafted with clean ingredients, are designed to promote not only hair health and growth but also an aura of royalty. Each product embodies my vision of infusing energy and intention, setting us apart in a market filled with ordinary offerings.

What excites me most is my deep commitment to authenticity and integrity. As a mother and holistic practitioner with eight years of experience, I draw upon a wealth of knowledge that guides the formulation of my products. I am proud to know how my brand empowers individuals to feel their best, embracing their unique beauty. Witnessing customers transform their hair health and confidence is incredibly rewarding.

Among the most valuable lessons I’ve learned is the importance of staying true to my vision and values. Maintaining integrity in my sourcing and formulation practices not only builds trust with our customers but also reflects my commitment to sustainability and wellness. Furthermore, I learned that building genuine relationships with my customers is vital. I actively listen to their needs and insights, allowing me to grow and evolve as a brand.

I want the world to know that Queen’s Crown Essentials is more than just a hair care brand; it’s a movement toward embracing natural beauty and royalty through holistic care. My brand is a testament to the royal energy we all possess. My mission is to empower everyone to feel like royalty, to nurture their hair and soul, and to embrace the beauty within.

In essence, QCE is a journey of passion, purpose, and pride. With every product we create, my intention is to inspire and uplift, inviting everyone to wear their crown with confidence!

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If my Bestfriend were visiting, I would plan an itinerary that has some adventure; we would have a nature day, a day where we go somewhere to vibe, socialize and dance, we would have a fine dining night and get cute but most days we will cook together, we can do some fitness activities together and just talk and spend time!

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I would like to truly express my gratitude for every client who has trusted me to guide them and every customer who has invested in my products.
