We had the good fortune of connecting with Brandon Pedro and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Brandon, what is the most important factor behind your success?
I truly believe the most important factor behind my success is the confidence I have in my own brand. I consider myself the best at what I do, and I manifest that belief every single day. That mindset has allowed me to stay consistent, push through challenges, and attract the right opportunities. For example, our hard work and dedication were recognized when we won Best Pet Grooming in Texas 2025. Believing in my brand and holding it to the highest standard has been the driving force behind everything we’ve achieved.

What should our readers know about your business?
My business is all about passion, excellence, and setting a new standard in the pet grooming industry. What truly sets us apart is the combination of skill, consistency, and genuine care we put into every single pet we work with. We don’t just groom dogs—we create an experience where pets feel comfortable and owners feel confident trusting us with their family members. That commitment is why we were honored with the award for Best Pet Grooming in Texas 2025, something I’m extremely proud of.

Getting here wasn’t easy. Like any entrepreneur, I faced challenges—doubts, financial hurdles, and moments where giving up might have seemed easier. But I pushed through by believing in my brand, trusting my vision, and refusing to settle for less than the best. Along the way, I learned that perseverance, consistency, and staying true to your standards are non-negotiable if you want long-term success.

What I want the world to know about me and my brand is simple: we lead with passion, we execute with excellence, and we never stop striving to be better. My story is one of manifestation, hard work, and resilience, and my goal is to inspire others to believe in their own vision and never give up—because if you stay true to your purpose, success will follow.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If my best friend was visiting, I’d want to give them a week that really showed off the heart of the area—beautiful views, memorable food, and experiences that mean something.

We’d start with hiking and nature, because nothing clears your head and brings you closer to a place than exploring its trails. I’d take them to some scenic spots with amazing views where we could relax, breathe, and really take it all in.

Food is such an important part of creating memories, so I’d plan stops at cute, meaningful restaurants that aren’t just about eating, but about experiencing the love and culture behind the dishes. Places where the food has a story and where you can feel the care that goes into it.

Throughout the week, we’d balance relaxation with adventure—some mornings would be for coffee and quiet views, afternoons for trying new food spots, and evenings spent in places that are fun, lively, and full of good energy.

I think what makes a trip truly special isn’t just the places you go, but how those places make you feel. For me, it would be about creating a mix of nature, food, and connection that leaves them feeling refreshed and inspired.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Without a doubt, I owe a huge part of my journey to two incredible people. First, my father, Fernando, who has taught me so much about life, resilience, and never giving up no matter the circumstances. His wisdom and example have shaped the way I approach challenges and success. Second, my business partner, Aaron, whose experience and entrepreneurial mindset as a billionaire have been invaluable. His guidance and partnership have pushed me to think bigger and grow with confidence. Both of them have played pivotal roles in my story, and I wouldn’t be where I am today without their influence and support.
