Meet Bianca Jones

We had the good fortune of connecting with Bianca Jones and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Bianca, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
Starting my own notary business was rooted in a desire for both freedom and service. I wanted to create a career that aligned with my values—reliability, professionalism, and community. I saw a gap in how notarial services were delivered—often rushed, transactional, and impersonal. I believed there was room for a more thoughtful, client-centered approach where trust and clarity are at the core of every interaction.
Beyond that, I was driven by the idea of building something of my own. I wanted the flexibility to grow, to serve clients on my terms, and to expand my services in ways that reflect my long-term vision. Entrepreneurship isn’t just about income—it’s about impact. Through my notary business, I’ve been able to educate, support, and empower clients during some of life’s most important moments. That’s what keeps me inspired every day.

What should our readers know about your business?
My notary business was built on the foundation of trust, professionalism, and a genuine desire to serve others during important milestones in their lives. Whether it’s finalizing real estate deals, navigating estate documents, or supporting families with power of attorney needs, I show up with care, clarity, and consistency. What sets my business apart is the experience I provide—I’m not just checking boxes or stamping papers; I’m guiding people through moments that truly matter.
Getting to where I am today hasn’t been easy. Like many entrepreneurs, I started with limited resources, but a clear vision. I had to learn how to market myself, build credibility, and navigate the ups and downs of entrepreneurship. There were seasons of doubt, slow days, and financial uncertainty—but I kept showing up. I invested in my own education, stayed open to feedback, and never lost sight of why I started: to create a service that blended professionalism with a personal touch.
One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that consistency beats perfection. Every connection, every appointment, every client matters. Word-of-mouth and integrity have been my greatest assets. I’m most proud of the relationships I’ve built—people who trust me enough to return, refer others, and rely on me in critical moments.
What I want the world to know is this: my notary business is more than a service—it’s a reflection of my values. I believe in showing up fully, serving with heart, and leading with excellence. My story is still being written, but every signature I witness, every document I notarize, is a reminder that I’m living in purpose—and that’s something I’ll never take for granted.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Absolutely—I love this question because no journey is ever truly a solo one. My shoutout goes to a few key pillars in my story.
First and foremost, I’d like to recognize my family. Their unwavering belief in me, especially during the early stages of starting my notary business, gave me the courage to take bold steps. They reminded me of my strengths when I questioned them myself.
I also want to give credit to a few powerful women in business who poured into me—mentors, friends, and fellow entrepreneurs—who shared wisdom, resources, and accountability. Their experiences and transparency helped me avoid pitfalls and stay focused.
And lastly, I’d like to give a shoutout to the personal development books and podcasts that became my silent coaches—especially during late nights when doubt crept in. Titles like Atomic Habits and The Slight Edge shifted my mindset and taught me the value of showing up consistently.
So while I may be the face of my notary business, there’s a village behind every signature, every client, and every milestone. This shoutout is for them.
