Hi Armando, we’d love to hear about how you approach risk and risk-taking
Risk Taking is important because it allows you to get out of your comfort zone. It has created space for self development and growth within my personal environment and in my career. I have been able to gain experience in things I never imagined myself doing before. Taking risks has also taught me to trust in the process of failure and perseverance, to keep chasing after my dreams/goals without getting discouraged.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Our business “New Cell Pets” is a second to none Stem Cell enhancer for pets. What our product does is trigger the pets bone marrow to release extra Stem Cells daily. We are very proud of our product because there are not pet products on the market that can do what our formula does. My family & friends helped me get to where I am at in life. I would not be here without them. However, I got to where I am business wise by watching and paying attention to my peers who have years of experience. When you are young, you should act as a sponge and soak up as much knowledge as you can.
I overcome challenges by staying focused on the task at hand and not being afraid to make a mistake. The lesson Ive learned along the way is to appreciate the little things and not compare yourself to others. We are exactly where we are suppose to be. Work hard & be patient, good things will come. Our team wants the world to know that we love what we do and we love our pets. We want your pets to be healthier and live longer!

Bio – New Cell Pets

My name is Armando Fitz Jr. and I had the privilege of attending Fort Worth Christian
my Junior & Senior year of high school, graduating with the class of 2017.
I was apart of the 2015 State Championship Football Team, shoutout to any of the players
& coaches that were apart of that season with me! I’m very grateful for my years at FWC. I truly
believe I would not be the man I am today without the influence of my teachers, coaches, and
friends I had while being there.
After I graduated from FWC, football took me to Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa
to play college football for the Bulldogs. At the end of my first year, I realized I missed Texas
life and wanted to move back home. I was fortunate enough to transfer into SMU in Dallas. I
walked on to the football team, but earned a scholarship after my first season with the Mustangs.
I had the honor to be apart of the first winning team SMU had since the death penalty back in the
80’s. While at SMU, I studied Applied Physiology & Sports Management, graduating with
Honors and was an Academic All American my Junior & Senior year of college. Shortly after
graduation I went into Sales & Project Management working with my father Armando Fitz Sr. at
UniWell Laboratories in Fort Worth. Working under my father for a year really helped me to
learn the business & industry of Contract Manufacturing for Nutraceuticals.
At the beginning of 2022 I decided to take a leave of absence from UniWell for eight
months so I could travel the world. I backpacked between continents going on all different types
of adventures. I had the opportunity to see the Great Pyramids in Egypt & sailed down the Nile,
climbed Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania, and was in the Amazon Rain Forest in South America.
I also had an amazing time traveling around Europe with my sister. Following a long and well
worth trip, I went home to Texas.
Once returning in August of 2022, I had the chance of joining the coaching staff at FWC.
I helped coach the Tight Ends & Special Teams and got to see last year’s team make it all the
way to the State Semi Finals, it was unforgettable. As much as I love coaching football and
experiencing the excitement that comes with the team, I made a commitment to join UniWell at
the beginning of 2023.

Throughout this year, I have worked for UniWell continuing with Sales & Project
Management. We manufacture a Stem Cell product in our facility that ships worldwide. I had the
idea to take that concept and develop a Stem Cell formula for Pets. So, I partnered with my
father and Aaron Pascal, and together with the help of a top Stem Cell Researcher Scientist, we
developed one of the world’s top Stem Cell formulas. Our product is called New Cell Pets, and
we are planning to launch this year.
Since FWC was and still is such a big part of my life, I want to give back to the school in

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Well I am a big sports fan, so we would definitely be enjoying the Dallas Sport Teams. So, Friday night we would go Downtown and catch a Stars or Mavericks game. Then Saturday we would go to an SMU football game to watch my former team. I love all of Dallas really and there are so many great spots it’s hard to choose. Taking my dog Bodhi to the Katy Ice house is also always fun!
