Meet Arkesia Chavers | Notary, Assistant, tax preparer

We had the good fortune of connecting with Arkesia Chavers and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Arkesia, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
I’ve always been a helper. When I see a need that I can fill, I try to step in when I can and Ive always worked in administrative positions so a service based business doing what I naturally do only made sense to me

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Thank you- What truly sets us apart is our unwavering commitment to excellence and personalized service. With over 20 years of experience in administrative support, we offer a wide range of services, from mobile notary to custom forms and virtual assistant tasks. Our attention to detail, flexibility, and dedication to confidentiality ensure that our clients can trust us to handle their needs with care and precision.
One of the things I’m most proud of is how we’ve built strong relationships with our clients by being both reliable and adaptable to their needs. I’m especially excited about our new mobile drug and DNA testing services, which allow us to meet the needs of our community in an even more impactful way.
The journey to where I am today hasn’t always been easy. Balancing entrepreneurship with life’s responsibilities presented its own set of challenges. But I’ve learned that persistence, resilience, and being willing to pivot when necessary are key. One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is the importance of community—surrounding yourself with people who believe in your vision can help push you through even the toughest times.
What I want the world to know about me and Arch Notary is that we are more than just a business; we are a service-oriented brand with a mission to save people time, energy, and resources. We are here to make a difference by providing not just solutions, but a sense of trust and dependability for each of our clients. My story is one of perseverance, passion, and a dedication to making meaningful contributions to those I serve.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If my best friend were visiting Fort Worth for a week, I’d make sure they experienced the perfect blend of great food, drinks, entertainment, and local culture.
We’d kick things off by grabbing lunch at Press Cafe. After a leisurely walk along the Trinity Trails,
we’d end the evening with some upscale relaxation at Cigars International*, where we could enjoy cigars and cocktails.
we’d indulge in one of the best burgers and in town at *Sweet Sugar High*Their gourmet burgers are to die for,
we’d visit **Pantealous Tea Room** for lunch. This charming spot is perfect for a relaxing, delicious meal in a cozy atmosphere.
We’d explore Fort Worth’s cultural side, with a trip to the **Kimbell Art Museum
Fort Worth has a unique mix of modern spots, local gems, and outdoor activities, making it the perfect place to unwind and have a great time.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
To two souls who continue to shape my heart and my journey: my beloved Granny, who, even in her absence, remains a constant source of strength and belief in my dreams, and my precious son, who left this world far too soon but whose memory fuels my every aspiration. Granny, your support guides me, and to my sweet boy, you are the reason I dream at all—your spirit lives in every hope and ambition I carry forward.
