We had the good fortune of connecting with Ariana Perez and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Ariana, looking back, what do you think was the most difficult decision you’ve had to make?
Leaving my country Venezuela and coming to America. Back in my country there just weren’t the opportunities that there are here in America, leaving the place I called home to provide not only for myself but for my two beautiful children and family a better life.

What should our readers know about your business?
Ari Perez beauty studio is not also known for my work, I am very proud of the brand that my team and I have created. The studio is also very well known for our lash tech, our esthetician and nail tech. Each person is very well experienced. We do go by appointments only, you can call, text or visit our website Ariperezbeautystudio@gmail.com. Each team member and myself work very hard to be very detailed with everything we do, we want the experience and the service to be excellent. We strive to have each client walk out satisfied and happy with our work.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Vidorra is one of my favorite places to go to on the weekends. The food there is delicious, the cocktails are amazing, and great music! On a weekday after a long day at the studio the girls and I will stop by La Ventana for some tacos and margaritas. We love sitting on the patio.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
First and foremost the man above without him I am nothing. I gave all faith to him and I am truly thankful. I am also very thankful for my team. They are the most supportive group of women, all very ambitious and hardworking. Lastly, my parents for supporting me through this journey.
