Meet Andrew Aranda | Owner Operator of NTX Renovation Group LLC

We had the good fortune of connecting with Andrew Aranda and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Andrew, what is the most important factor behind your success?
Positivity. Staying positive mentally, as well as maintaining a positive image. A positive mental attitude is a choice I have to make everyday. Most people can remain positive when things are going well, it’s when things aren’t going well, the ability to see the positive in those situations is key. To me, a positive image is self acceptance. Having a positive self -image and good self esteem will bring in a sense of confidence in everything about you. With that, you will be more open to new challenges within your business.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
My company is NTX Renovation Group LLC. We are a general contracting company based out of Fort Worth TX. A company who specializes in working as, and with Real Estate investors, locating, analyzing and renovating distressed, off market properties. I started the company as a solo operation, and have grown to having 5 full time personnel, and we are just a few weeks away from opening our first retail showroom location. A few things I have learned in the process, is to surround yourself with like-minded people, don’t be afraid to fail and nothing happens overnight. Just continue to work on being a little better than you were the day before.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I love music, and I love being outdoors. Luckily, Fort Worth hosts the Stock yards. There are tons of shopping locations, outdoor dining and venues, and live music! Us, Texans love our BBQ, so we would definitely be visiting one of my favorite BBQ joints in the stockyards, Cooper’s Old Time Pit Bar-B-Que.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Jay Donaldson- Owner of Property Don’s & Don Piece. Jay is a Real Estate investor in the DFW area. We met a few years ago when both of our companies were fairly new. Jay and I have completed multiple real estate projects together, giving me an opportunity to grow my portfolio, as well as expand my knowledge on the acquisition side of Real Estate.
