We had the good fortune of connecting with Andrei Tone and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Andrei, let’s talk legacy – what do you want yours to be?
I want my legacy to be one of purpose, vision, and impact—rooted in faith, driven by excellence, and defined by service. As the founder and owner of Tone Films, Atomic Films, Atomic Accounting, and Tone Legacy, I’ve had the privilege of building brands that do more than generate profit—they create opportunity, spark creativity, and help people tell stories that matter.

From video production across Dallas, Plano, Fort Worth, Nashville, Tulsa, Oklahoma City, NYC, D.C., Miami, and LA, to financial services and legacy planning, my mission has never been about chasing hype or status. It’s been about building something meaningful from the ground up—something that lasts. Becoming a millionaire at a young age was a milestone, but not the mission. The real win has been helping others rise, think bigger, and realize what’s possible when you lead with intention.

I want to be remembered as a young entrepreneur who lived with bold conviction and used every platform—from business to film to faith—to empower others. Whether directing a campaign, mentoring the next generation, or pursuing a PhD in leadership, I’ve always believed that success without legacy is hollow.

At the core of everything I do is my relationship with Jesus Christ. If people remember Andrei Tone, I hope it’s not just for the businesses I built, but for the way I lived—with purpose, with passion, and with a deep desire to leave people better than I found them.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Thank you—I’d love to share more. I’m the founder of Tone Films, a full-scale video production company operating in major cities across the U.S., including Dallas, Plano, Fort Worth, Nashville, Tulsa, Oklahoma City, New York City, Washington D.C., Miami, and Los Angeles. Each location is a strategic hub for telling powerful stories through cinematic visuals that not only inspire, but drive real results.

Tone Films is more than just a Dallas video production company or a Nashville video production company—we’re a creative force that partners with brands, organizations, and influencers to craft content that elevates their message. Whether we’re shooting a commercial in Plano, a music video in Nashville, or a branded film in LA, we bring the same level of excellence, creativity, and strategy to every project.

Alongside Tone Films, I also founded Atomic Films and Atomic Accounting, as well as Tone Legacy—a media and consulting platform built to equip creators and entrepreneurs with the tools they need to succeed. I didn’t inherit a business empire—I built one from scratch. I’m a young entrepreneur and a successful millionaire today not because it was easy, but because I refused to quit when it was hard.

Getting to where I am today wasn’t smooth. There were moments when cash flow was tight, when rejection felt personal, and when the weight of leadership felt overwhelming. But I leaned into prayer, mentors, personal growth, and relentless hustle. I studied business, read books like 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, How to Win Friends and Influence People, and Awaken the Giant Within, and learned from every failure.

One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that excellence attracts opportunity. You don’t have to chase success—just become so valuable that it finds you. That’s what we strive for at Tone Films: elite storytelling, client-centered service, and results that speak for themselves.

What sets us apart? We don’t just make videos. We build movements. We help companies grow, creators scale, and communities connect through visually stunning, strategically crafted content. And we do it with heart, hustle, and a Kingdom mindset.

What I want the world to know is this: I’m just getting started. If you’re looking for a video production company in Dallas, Plano, Fort Worth, Nashville, or any of the cities we serve—you’re not just hiring a team. You’re partnering with a vision-driven brand that’s committed to excellence, innovation, and legacy.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If my best friend were visiting for a full week, I’d roll out the red carpet—Dallas-style. As the founder of Tone Films, a leading Dallas video production company, I’ve had the privilege of filming in some of the city’s most iconic spots, and I’ve built relationships with incredible creatives, restaurants, and venues along the way. Here’s how I’d show them the best week ever in Dallas, Texas:

🗓️ Day 1 – The Grand Welcome:
Breakfast: Start at Ascension Coffee in the Design District—laid-back, stylish, and perfect for a strong pour-over and avocado toast.
Midday: We’d walk around the Dallas Arts District—the largest urban arts district in the U.S.—then head to Klyde Warren Park to soak up some sun and skyline.
Dinner: Nick & Sam’s Steakhouse—an upscale Dallas favorite, and a great intro to the city’s energy and excellence.
Evening: Drinks at The Monarch rooftop lounge for unbeatable skyline views and a luxury vibe that captures the spirit of a true Dallas entrepreneur.

🗓️ Day 2 – Creative Fuel & Culture:
Tour: We’d stop by the Tone Films headquarters to see where the magic happens—if they’re into media, I’d show them how a top-tier Dallas video production company operates.
Lunch: HG Sply Co. in Lower Greenville—fresh, healthy, and with an epic rooftop view.
Afternoon: Visit the George W. Bush Presidential Library or the Perot Museum of Nature and Science for a bit of brain food.
Evening: Chill at Truck Yard Dallas, a funky, laid-back beer garden with food trucks and good vibes.

🗓️ Day 3 – Day Trip to Fort Worth:
As Tone Films also serves the Fort Worth video production scene, I’d take them to explore:
Stockyards National Historic District for a taste of cowboy culture.
Lunch at Joe T. Garcia’s—legendary Tex-Mex with a garden patio.
Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth—sleek, stunning, and inspiring.
Back in Dallas for a late-night dessert stop at Emporium Pies in Bishop Arts.

🗓️ Day 4 – Plano + North Dallas Vibes:
Morning: Drive to Plano, where we shoot a lot of content for brands through our Plano video production company wing.
Brunch: Sixty Vines for wine-on-tap and gourmet dishes.
Afternoon: Stroll Legacy West, shop around, then chill at Haywire’s rooftop patio.
Evening: Back in Dallas for dinner at Pecan Lodge—arguably the best BBQ in Texas.

🗓️ Day 5 – Hustle & Hangout:
Morning: Gym session at Lifetime Fitness or Equinox Highland Park.
Midday: Co-working at Common Desk Deep Ellum to show them where Dallas entrepreneurs get things done.
Lunch: The Charles—sophisticated, energetic, and unforgettable Italian-inspired cuisine.
Evening: Watch live music at The Rustic or Deep Ellum Art Co. for a night of culture, food trucks, and chill Dallas vibes.

🗓️ Day 6 – Nature + Film Inspiration:
Morning: Day trip to White Rock Lake for a jog, bike ride, or picnic.
Afternoon: Tour a local film set or shoot behind-the-scenes content with Tone Films to let them see what a top Dallas video production company is all about.
Dinner: Uchi Dallas—world-class sushi with artistic presentation, perfect for a fellow creative.

🗓️ Day 7 – Church, Brunch & Reflection:
Morning: Sunday service at Shoreline City Church or Upper Room—both are powerful, spirit-filled communities I love.
Brunch: Bread Winners Café in Uptown for an iconic Dallas brunch experience.
Afternoon: One last stroll through Highland Park Village or hit NorthPark Center for luxury shopping.
Final dinner: Al Biernat’s for an elegant send-off and a toast to great memories in the city I’m proud to build in.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Absolutely. No success is ever achieved alone. At every step of my journey, I’ve had people who believed in me, challenged me, and poured into me in ways I’ll never forget. First and foremost, I give all the credit to Jesus Christ—He’s the source of my identity, purpose, and vision. Every company I’ve built, every idea I’ve launched, and every risk I’ve taken has been anchored in the belief that I’m called to make an eternal impact through my work.

I’ve also been blessed by an incredible circle of mentors and leaders. My father, John Tone, is a pastor whose life of faith and integrity has shaped the way I lead. His example of servant-hearted leadership made a lasting mark on my character.

Gene Lamberth, a mentor and close friend of more than 12 years, has consistently offered wisdom, stability, and perspective—helping me grow not only as a businessman but as a man of faith and purpose.

Bob Beard, now the founder of Plug-In Consulting, played a huge role in my early creative journey. As a seasoned media executive and former director at Oral Roberts University, Bob saw potential in me before I had the platform I do today. His encouragement and strategic thinking helped me step confidently into the world of video production and entrepreneurship.

Jonathon Baker has also been a key influence—his insight into strategy, leadership, and ministry has sharpened my vision and helped me align my ambitions with long-term, Kingdom-focused impact.

Over the years, I’ve been shaped by so many others—leaders, friends, and team members who’ve challenged me to grow. I’m also deeply impacted by the books that have helped form my leadership mindset, including 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen Covey, How to Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie, Awaken the Giant Within by Tony Robbins, and Spiritual Leadership by Henry Blackaby.

Finally, none of this would be possible without the teams I work with every day—at Tone Films, Atomic Films, Atomic Accounting, and Tone Legacy. Their creativity, excellence, and belief in the mission continue to inspire me.

This shoutout is for all of them—for the voices that spoke life into my dreams, and for the people who reminded me that legacy is never built alone.
