Hi Amber, what do you attribute your success to?
Grapevine Escape is a locally owned and operated escape room in beautiful downtown Grapevine. We are successful because we care about every single customer. Top notch customer service to ensure a fantastic escape experience.
Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
The Grapevine Escape is owned and operated by Amber and Russell Sebastian. Russell has worked for 25 years in management for high fashion retail, supporting the production operations of websites, third party applications, and controlling systems. He has a passion for games, puzzles, and technology. Amber has worked for dental practices for the last 25 years, and has skill in Management, Human Resources, and Financial Planning. Both Russell and Amber are active in the community of Grapevine and have participated 12 collective years as Board Members for Runway Theatre. Together this team of outgoing people have what it takes to provide entertainment that is new and exciting to Grapevine.
