Hi Alejandra, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The most important factor behind my success is purpose. Purpose meaning my ability to provide value and create a safe space for individuals to connect and feel confident and beautiful. Purpose infuses my work with passion, authenticity, and a clear vision. It motivations me to stay updated with the latest products, technology and maintain a high standard of excellence. My purpose gives me resilience, allowing me to navigate the competitive and ever-evolving industry with determination and grace. By staying true to my purpose, I am able to create a unique brand identity that differentiates me from others, making my contributions to the beauty industry not only successful but also meaningful and impactful.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I believe my authenticity sets me apart from others by developing genuine connections in an environment my clients feel truly valued and understood. I prioritize listening to their needs and ensuring that every service is tailored to enhance their natural beauty and boost their confidence.

Being an esthetician is just the umbrella of “skincare”. It’s the practice of taking care of your skin to maintain its health and appearance.

It involves daily routines such as cleansing, moisturizing, and protecting your skin from the sun’s harmful uv rays. Using pharmaceutical grade products suited to your skin type—whether oily, dry, or combination—can help manage common issues like acne, hyperpigmentation, or dryness- while wearing sunscreen on a daily basis reduces the risk of skin cancers.
Also, keep in mind that clear skin does not equal healthy skin, and skin is continuously undergoing changes and aging- this is when we dive into the benefits of preventative skincare treatments.

Consistent skincare helps keep your skin clean of debris, dirt and oil- hydrated, and protected, promoting a healthy, radiant complexion. A few simple steps in the right direction can make a significant difference in your skin’s overall health and appearance.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Oh, this is easy! Although there’s many restaurants and attractions in the DFW, I am all about selfcare and prioritizing mental health. I’d plan for a stay at the Omni PGA Frisco where we would enjoy the spa with facials, massages, hair and nail services. It’d also be the perfect opportunity to enjoy the weather and any upcoming events there. During our stay we would definitely lounge by the pool, have girl talk, get all dressed up and indulge in yummy food and cocktails!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Throughout my entrepreneurial journey, I have experienced tremendous growth, and I attribute this progress to the guidance and support of God. There were times when challenges seemed insuperable, and the path forward was obscured by doubt and uncertainty. However, through prayer and faith, I found the strength and wisdom to navigate these obstacles. God’s grace has not only provided me with the resilience to persevere but has also opened doors to opportunities I never imagined. Each step forward has been a testament to His presence in my life, shaping my character, enhancing my skills, and deepening my commitment to serve others through my work. This journey has been more than just a professional venture; it has been a spiritual journey that has enriched my life in profound and meaningful ways.
