We had the good fortune of connecting with Adrianne Cooper and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Adrianne, putting aside the decision to work for yourself, what other decisions were critical to your success?
Going back to school to obtain Masters in Business Administration really helped me to increase my business knowledge and accounting practices. It also prepared me for economic growth and having a better my understanding of environmental obligations plus local community contributions. What should our readers know about your business?
We continue to create real holistic relationships with each client, realtor, and mortgage lender, rather our clients are looking to pay down debt or purchase a new home. We are there from start to finish with real practical attainable solutions. As a previous real estate investor, it was clear to me that most of my tenants were in fear of buying a home due to poor credit scores and an understanding the home buying process. Our goal is to clear up any fear or doubt of restoring credit and put clients on the clear path of financial focus that equals credit success.Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Due to the Corona virus here is my list of three-day getaways to Dallas. The Nasher Sculpture Center for the Art with Friends: Art and Music workshop. Next, the Alexander Mansion is one of the last remaining pieces of the street’s ritzy history. Follow-up with Dallas Museum of Art, for the special exhibition, For a Dreamer of Houses. Last but not least Jasper’s Uptown has Backyard Cinema Nights every Thursday evening. The restaurant has turned its parking lot into an amphitheater where guests can sit, watch a film, and enjoy an outdoor meal.Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would attribute my business success and strength to my faith in God. It took Great faith to leave a 9 to 5 job making six figures to start a business. Even with a great planning for example paying my personal bills off and restoring my credit; I still needed to be reassured by close friends and family members to start my business. My cousin Stephanie Douglas-Fleming was my first client in 2015 and repeat client in (2020), we helped her clear over 80,000 of student loan debt. It through these economic hard times that our Faith keeps us going.
