We had the good fortune of connecting with Adriana Leos and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Adriana, how does your business help the community?
At vznayres, we are a boutique digital marketing agency founded by two best friends who are passionate about helping diverse businesses establish a remarkable online presence with brilliance and balance.
We help to empower other businesses flourish in the digital realm.
Whether it means redesigning a website for more conversions and easier lead capture, or consulting with business owners/entrepreneurs one-on-one to redefine how they do business online. (including social media), we’re all about helping people engage in the internet authentically, healthily, and intentionally.
What should our readers know about your business?
We are a women owned, SWaM Certified, digital marketing agency who are incredibly passionate about helping others succeed. We intentionally support visibility; together we design, execute, and institute the co-creation of healthy digital environments for businesses that serve humanity.
Our vision is to usher in a new era of online business that prioritizes balance, human wellness, and ethics through our teaching and services.
I am most proud of the fact that we are two best friends who had enough passion, perseverance and determination to start something on our own while knowing little about how to do it or how to navigate the way. I am beyond excited to see what the future has in store for us.
How did we get here? Through a ton of trial-and-error, patience, and consistency. It hasn’t been easy as we’ve made mistakes along the way and have had to make several sacrifices, including taking major pay cuts, having no stable income (moving back home with my mom), and no guarantees.
We’ve learned a lot – mostly that if you believe in something enough, keep going. Don’t look at your “problems” as roadblocks – instead, they are challenges; ways to push you to think differently and see new ideas and perspectives that you more than likely wouldn’t have considered before. They will push you from your comfort zone – but you have to remember that real growth happens outside of your comfort zone.
It will be hard and there will be days when you want to quit or throw in the towel, but most importantly, never quit on a bad day.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I want to shout out my business partner, Hannah Polan, who I would not be here if it wasn’t for her, and who had the idea to start our own business in the first place. This woman is strong, determined and moves with so much passion in her heart – if it weren’t for her, I wouldn’t be able to have the opportunity to pour into others every single day.
