We had the good fortune of connecting with Adam Epps and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Adam, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
My business started as a way to offer services to individuals and a business(es) that give them both exponential value by means of my expertise and experience. Basically I wanted to help people be profitable or operationally successful by implementing certain strategies or relying on my experience to help them through problems their having while simultaneously being intuitive to problems that may arise.

What should our readers know about your business?
So my business started out as a consulting firm. I started freelancing several years ago as a consultant for high end Spas/salons in North Dallas, after years of taking one off clients made me realize the tax benefits of starting and actual company. Not to mention the level of professionalism structure brings. It was a natural step in my progression.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Dallas and DFW Metroplex has a wide range of things to do weather permitting. I’m low key so a nice steak and octopus dinner at Te Deseo or the special at the Joule hotel eatery CBD is a can’t miss dining experience. For entertainment I would suggest a comedy show in Addison or Arlington. We have several sports teams. Small and large , hit a major league game at the new stadium. Not a bad spot in the place. You really can’t go wrong, the city is full of things to do and see.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
It took a village to mold my thoughts and my perspectives. I will say my wife (Marcelli) is solely responsible for getting me started and any level of success I’ve had so far or will have in the future is thanks to her. Helping me form the company and mentoring me along the way has been a great help and she would help more if I let her but just the initial advice of how to get started was literally all I needed to set up the other 99.9%. Couldn’t have done it without that .1%. It was the key to my ignition.
