We had the good fortune of connecting with Jade Hartwell and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jade, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
Let’s say this, the ministry started during the Pandemic. Just a group of young people noticing that there needs to be a bridge connecting the older generation with the new generation. Many don’t know, but this idea came to me in 2017 at the age of 16. A feeling comes to you when you know you’re ready to start. Words of wisdom, before you start make sure you have a great team and supporters. That will help you be successful when you start and continue to help you flourish.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
Our ministry is a platform to help equip and guide young leaders of today for the Kingdom of God. Our theme scripture is John 14:12 “Verily, verily, I say unto you ,He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also;and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father” we use that scripture because it tell us that we are called to do more and reach more with the gospel.

We had no strategic plan. We just stayed consistent on posting and talked on topics people wanted to hear. We reached 1k followers on Facebook before we hit 3 years as being a non profit youth organization.
Was it easy, no! We went through so much in our first year. Alot of the times when you do a good thing, there will be people who wants to cause strife, chaos, and confusion. We dealt with all of that, to where we removed people many times because they didn’t come with good intentions. If I can encourage you I would say this, in your toughest moments remember that this is where your strength comes from. The harder the challenges the stronger you’ll get!

What I want the world to know is that we are what God’s grace looks like. We could have given up when we had the chance, but we didn’t. When you have purpose you will go through pain. Its never going to be easy, but you will always win!

Lastly we are so excited about our revival we are having in August 10th-12th in Fort Worth, TX. Not only we are having a revival, but we will be feeding the homeless that Sunday morning. Location is at God’s Dwelling Place INC. 2606 Hemphill St. Fort Worth, TX 76110

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I want to thank my team: Dakoyta Lesure, Marshawn Porter, Pastor Gaylon Pierce, Pastor Kourtney Horton, Dandre Jefferson, and Minister Marqullis Z. Vance. These individuals are the great team that kept this ministry going! Also, A big thanks to Evangelist Bridgette Wright! Big inspiration for me to keep going. Spoke life into me at 16 years old, one of the first people to plant a seed into the ministry, and at my year 21 she consistently supports our ministry.
