We had the good fortune of connecting with Terrell Eskridge and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Terrell, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
My thought process was a different process. I started my own business by accident. I coached AAU basketball, and I hated how it was ran so I decided to make my own organization. I came up with a logo and started printing the logo on t-shirts. My next steps was to get the logo on some jerseys for my team but people saw me with the logo tshirt and wanted to buy it. So I slowly started selling them one by one. I went to China for a year and this is where my business took off. I saw how cheap it was to make my own merchandise. So I started buying more in bulk and selling more. Created a website to keep track of all the sales now I’m here.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I think what sets me apart from others is that I didn’t start off my business looking to make money. I started it off just trying to to coach basketball and it had turned it to something I never could of imagined. I see people on social media all the time wearing my logo.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Just moved to Cleveland, don’t know all the spots yet! Haha
