We had the good fortune of connecting with Justin & Allison Inesta and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Justin & Allison, what do you attribute your success to?
Support, Community and Giving Back. Those are loaded words and they mean everything to us. We pride ourselves on connecting with people and building relationships; not only does it give us that warm fuzzy feeling when we know we’re helping others, but we’ve realized it has opened up so many doors for us not only professionally, but personally as well.

When covid hit, we were at a loss just like everyone else; it hurt to see so many of our friends, family and colleagues closing businesses and ending careers – we knew we had to do something to help, but what? After a little brainstorming, we realized that with garments being such a large part of our promotional product world, we had direct access to almost limitless amounts of masks – and EVERYONE needed masks in order to keep their doors open. We were faced with a decision to make, capitalize or give back? It was a no-brainer, we GAVE. We helped, and we SUPPORTED our COMMUNITY by GIVING BACK.

That’s just one example recently that sticks out to me, but we try to live by these words everyday.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
how did we get here today? we have no idea haha. A lot of work, a lot of patience, and of course a lot of mistakes – oh, and determination to constantly improve.

Nothing and everything sets us apart – we’re normal everyday people, we just happen to have a shared goal and went for it. we both have a heavy background in customer service, spending the vast majority of our professional lives in some sort of restaurant , customer service, or hospitality environment; which has given us an amazing understanding of how to connect with people from all types of backgrounds. Our people skills have been one of our greatest assests.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Well, we LOVE staying local, so we’d probably make our own little low-key tour of the area. Some good food, a nice slow afternoons – we’re so busy with our work schedule any free time is used for relaxing.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
oh my – there aren’t enough words to thank everyone who has supported us.

Of course our mom’s – Debbie and Kathy – our biggest cheerleaders and built in support systems, we would be nowhere without them.

Some of our friends that have turned into our clients, and clients that have turned into friends. Breno at Winfield Coffee, the Boys at The Spread and El Segundo,  Bob at Harbor Harvest, and Kit at Jacked Up Nutrition, pretty much everyone employed by The City of Anna.

There have been some amazing local small businesses we have built synergy with – and it’s been so fun to help support each other through word-of-mouth and social media posts – Beth with Vita Verde Botanicals, Amanda with AV Home Design, Shianne at Coyote Nutrition

These people have motivated us and kept us going more than they know
