We had the good fortune of connecting with Jae Nailah Selene and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jae Nailah, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
When I first began my spiritual journey, I was determined to rack up and expand my collection of crystals, herbs, smudges, healing tools, etc. There were a select few of metaphysical shops in my area, and I found myself having to go to different locations for different products. Sometimes I found what I was looking for but there were also times when these stores didn’t have what I needed. One day, my business partner and I were talking about how gifted we were and about our love for healing. She asked if I wanted to run Cosmic Rise with her and of course I couldn’t say no.

There’s another story behind that but long story short, it was divine timing and we were perfectly aligned to join forces and make our business what it is today. We both had the vision and goal to offer teachings, spiritual knowledge, and top-quality products to the collective. We were, and still are passionate about helping other beautiful souls discover their true life purpose.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
What sets us apart from other holistic businesses is our lifetime commitment to helping those who are in need of healing, guidance, growth, peace, and prosperity. Our products are top quality. We can assure you that we want you to receive everything that is for your highest and greatest good! I am so ecstatic when it comes to Cosmic Rise and proud of the success that we’ve had here recently. Our customers come first and our five-star reviews have been through the roof!

We got to where we are today due to putting in long hours of work, putting love and light energy into our products, and catering to our customers wants and needs. Balancing personal life, the other careers that we have, and our business hasn’t always been easy, but I can confidently say that we finally got it down pat. With patience, communication, and time-management, we were able to overcome our obstacles. We are an online metaphysical shop, but I’m excited to announce that in the near future, we will be opening up a storefront where our customers can shop in-store. It was all worth it and the hard work is paying off.

At Cosmic Rise, we offer crystals and crystal jewelry, energy cleansing tools, divination products, essential oils, yoni care products and more. We also provide tips and teachings to support you in your spiritual journey and/or awakening. Our mission is to heal, and spread love and light, while helping the collective learn how to use energy tools to enhance their ascension experience. When we started the business, we wanted to offer something for everyone. No matter who you are or what you believe in, we want you to succeed, elevate, and live your best life. Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Since everyone is “back outside” now, I plan on visiting a couple of lounges and restaurants. When it comes to the lounges, Tate’s, Dec, and Opera are on my list to check out. As far as the restaurants, I would choose XOXO Dining Room, TRUE Kitchen, and I would definitely pull up to Nusr-Et Steakhouse Dallas to meet Salt Bae!

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I would like to give a shoutout to my life partner Melo, who helped me jump start my spiritual journey. He keeps me grounded! I would also like to give a shoutout to my divine business partner Mica, who is an amazing spiritual coach. She motivates and pushes me when I need it most! I am so blessed to have them in my life, and my heart will forever be filled with gratitude.
