We had the good fortune of connecting with Medina Culver and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Medina, what habits do you feel play an important role in your life?
Believing in my dream before anyone else did. Outlining how to get there and not expecting it to happen overnight. That along with consistently showing up every day even if it was just me, especially in the beginning, is a game changer

What should our readers know about your business?
My business started from a deep passion for helping women feel confident in their own skin and live vibrant, healthy lives—inside and out. As a doctor and influencer, I saw firsthand how many women were overwhelmed by conflicting health advice, overloaded beauty shelves, and a culture that tells us aging is something to fight rather than embrace with grace. I wanted to change that.

What sets my brand apart is that it’s rooted in truth, education, and lifestyle—not just sales. I don’t just focus on surface-level beauty—I address the root cause through natural supplements, clean skincare, and lifestyle changes that restore balance from the inside out. Every product I recommend and every tip I share comes from my own research, testing, and real-life results. My audience knows I’ll never push something I don’t believe in 100%.

Getting here wasn’t easy. I survived years of narcissistic abuse and a divorce that left me with nothing—not financially, not emotionally, not physically. Starting over meant rebuilding my confidence, my security, and my purpose from the ground up. There were seasons when growth felt painfully slow, when comparison crept in, and when balancing content creation, customer care, and business building felt overwhelming. But I kept showing up. I leaned on my faith, got creative with my time, and reminded myself that every “no” or setback was planting seeds for future harvests.

Some of my biggest lessons?
•Consistency beats motivation.
•Relationships matter more than algorithms.
•The way you make people feel is just as important as the results you deliver.

Today, I’m most proud of the community we’ve built—women who support each other, celebrate each other, and remind each other of their worth daily. I want the world to know that my brand isn’t about vanity—it’s about empowerment, education, and helping women show up in their lives as their healthiest, most confident selves—naturally.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Since my husband works in the sports world we would definitely be going to AAC for either a basketball or hockey game

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My parents and my husband for believing in my wild dreams and being my biggest cheerleaders
