Meet Lacedrick Brantley | Real Estate Consultant

We had the good fortune of connecting with Lacedrick Brantley and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Lacedrick, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
I was working fast food jobs, making $1,000 a month, doing everything right — showing up early, leading the team, going above and beyond — but I still felt stuck. I kept asking myself, “How am I putting in this much effort and still broke?”
That frustration pushed me to start looking for a better way. I didn’t want to clock in and out for the rest of my life. I wanted freedom. I wanted control. I wanted to be in a position where my effort actually matched my income.
When I discovered wholesaling, it was like a light bulb went off. You’re telling me I can make money flipping contracts without a license, with no credit, and no degree? That was all I needed to hear. But I wasn’t just thinking about money — I was thinking legacy. I wanted to create something that could grow with me and eventually outlive me.
Starting my business wasn’t just about leaving my job. It was about taking ownership of my future. I knew it would be hard, but I also knew that betting on myself was the one bet I could control. And now, not only do I run a successful real estate company, but I also teach others how to do it too — because I know what it feels like to want more but not know where to start.
This business gave me purpose, freedom, and impact. That’s why I started it — and that’s why I’ll never stop.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
My business isn’t just about real estate. It’s about transformation.
It’s about taking people who feel stuck, overlooked, or undervalued — and helping them build skillsets that turn into cash flow, confidence, and freedom.
I teach real estate wholesaling, yes — but what I really teach is how to think differently, how to market yourself, how to lead, and how to build something you can be proud of even if you’re starting from nothing. I started with no degree, no license, no connections — just hunger. So I built systems that could work for people like me.
What sets me apart is that I don’t sell hype. I sell how.
Most people online are selling a dream with no foundation. I give people the tools, the systems, the exact playbook that took me from fast food jobs to consistent $100K+ months. I’ve helped over 4,000 students across the country do their first deals, build real businesses, and break generational cycles — and I do it in a way that’s real, relatable, and results-driven.
Was it easy? Not even close.
I’ve had deals fall through last-minute. I’ve lost money on bad decisions. I’ve been burned by people I trusted. I’ve had seasons where nothing was working, and I had to show up anyway. But I kept showing up. I kept learning. I kept adjusting. That’s how I got here.
One of the biggest turning points was learning marketing. When I figured out how to use paid ads to generate leads on autopilot, I stopped chasing people — and started attracting deals. That shifted everything. I stopped operating like a hustler and started moving like a CEO.
I’m most proud of the culture we’ve built.
My brand is built on faith, mindset, and execution. We don’t just focus on profits — we focus on purpose. I teach real skills. I build real leaders. And I help people who never thought they’d be “business owners” walk into rooms with confidence.
If I had to sum it all up, I’d say this:
My brand is for the underdog.
The person who knows they were meant for more, but just needs the strategy and support to get there. That’s who I fight for. That’s who I build for. That’s who I was.
And if that’s you… you’re not too far behind. You just haven’t been shown the way yet. I’m here to change that.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If my boy came into town for a week, we’re doing it right — none of that boring tourist stuff. First stop, we’re checking into a clean spot with a view — somewhere with a rooftop pool, good food, and no noise. That first night, we’re grabbing steaks at Nick & Sam’s or Monarch, then hitting a rooftop lounge or somewhere with live music to kick it and talk trash like old times. The rest of the week? Straight vibes. We’re hitting the lake for jet skis, going paintballing, riding ATVs, maybe even hitting a shooting range — whatever gets the adrenaline up. We’ll get a gym session in, grab brunch at Sixty Vines or The Omni, and definitely stop by a few high-end car dealerships just to act like we buying something. I’ll show him some of the real estate plays I’ve been working on, maybe walk through a flip or two, and if we’re feeling it — test drive something crazy just for fun. One night we’re posted at the cigar lounge, another night we’re courtside or at a fight, just soaking it in. Sunday we’ll hit church, reset, and grab some food after — then maybe chill poolside or bring a private chef to the spot for a full send-off. The whole week is a mix of leveling up, cracking jokes, doing wild stuff, and remembering why we do what we do. Just bros living life — work hard, play harder.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Without a doubt, my biggest shoutout goes to my family.
They’ve been the backbone of everything I’ve built. From day one, they believed in me — even when I didn’t fully believe in myself. Through every late night, every failed deal, every win, and every pivot, they’ve been there praying for me, encouraging me, and reminding me who I am when I forgot.
There were times where I wanted to quit. Times where the pressure felt too heavy. But knowing I had my family watching, supporting, and rooting for me gave me the strength to keep going. Their love kept me grounded. Their sacrifices motivated me. And their presence reminded me what I was doing all this for.
So while I may be the one running the business, closing the deals, and coaching the students — just know none of this was built alone.
To my family — this journey is just as much yours as it is mine. Thank you for being my why.
